The best comic series ever created is getting its own TV in October.

Sweet, as a zombie movie/comics fan I approve. Who`s making the TV series by the way? And does Romero have anything to do with this?

Romero, no afaik. The show is Frank Darabont (who wrote the screenplay for Green Mile, and directed The Mist (yeah... not a strong selling point)).

It does have Andrew Lincoln in it though, and I like him (though dunno what his southern (american) accent will be like). He was Egg in This Life, and in Teachers. Both shows some of the Brits might know.

As for the comics, buy them! Anyone in or around Leeds should buy them from OK Comics, Leeds. Who are amazing, and Jared is top guy. And they're in a bit of poo cos some building work is screwing their trade.

Both the comic and film were released in the same few months, it's a concidence. Aside from that one scene, they have little in common.
