Awesome RP locations!

Last night I was exploring some with my shaman, looking for a house for my barmaid. I found an awesome place for dwarf RP, namely Dun Garok in Hillsbrad Foothills.... Now, I know that the horde has quests to go there and slay stuff, but WOW! That place is awesome!! That made me think of how many fabulous places there must be around that I have never thought of and how fun it would be if people actually started to use them. Another example is Menethil Harbour which is PERFECT for soldier RP and nearly completely empty. Also perfect for navy RP!

So let's make a list, horde locations are also welcome!

ALLIANCE:

Aerie Peak - The Hinterlands
Quite large city containing a keep that's almost empty, awesome for dwarf RP, and a big cave that would suit perfectly for gold-digging! It also has a watch-tower, flight path, Inn, house with a big forge in the middle... seriously, check it out if you're a dwarf, it's TOTALLY my first choice for Dwarf RP!

A Hero's Welcome - Dalaran
The inn of inns... complete with several beds, balcony, loads of sit-able chairs (like, wow!) and a whole bloody garden with benches (sit-able!!!) and tables and kegs!! Not very much traffic either, only the random person who hearthstones in. Perfect for non-Stormwind tavern RP! Bring some more RP to Dalaran, yay!

Dun Garok - Hillsbrad Foothills
Dwarf place that would serve perfectly for dwarf soldier RP. Quite a lot of NPC's though and horde comes by and kills people from time to time.

Menethil Harbour - Wetlands
Great, almost empty, keep with empty ship and everything else a navy-based RP guild would need.

Caer Darrow - Eastern Plaguelands
Ruined city on the island of Darrow lake. Completely empty except for one or two NPC's. Could be roleplayed as ruins or, if people have some imagination skills, as built up. I would imagine a dark and shady cult to have their base of operations here...

Talondeep Path - Ashenvale/Stonetalon Mountains
Cave system that connects the two zones. Complete with empty rooms and lots of cute locations for those who enjoy some hermit RP. Or maybe someone wish to gather some slaves and dig for gold?

Another nice dwarven keep is Bael'dun in the Barrens, if planning to organize something in Kalimdor.

I think this is a pretty big issue with RP to be honest. There's so many interesting and varied locations in the WoW world that are pretty much empty because people just chose to use the same RP hubs over and over again. A real shame, in my opinion.

All those lumber camps in Ashenvale are awesome for some Horde lumber company.

There are usually loads and we at the 60T usually go out of our way to find most of them.

Sometimes, we go from one end of a continent to another just searching for them.

Brill in general, but mostly the graveyard for horde!

I always thought Theramore would be the most perfect place for Alliance RPers, tavern, keeps, ships, docks, stables, no OOCers, it's just such an RP haven

If there would be a ship going from SW to Theramore it probably would be awesome RP place. But ppl bein' to lazy and stay in SW or IF

I've allways wanted to use the secret tower in Azshara where you go by teleport, the one where you have to go in the Rogue q. It's so awesome ><

Most of the locations you posted are used for dwarf RP, Menethil is used for the tinkers court and whenever DRS sets sail somewhere. Dun Garok is the DRS stronghold in the north that has held many rp-pvp battles. Bael Modan is our stronghold when we're in kalimdor as well as the excavation event not too long ago

Moonbrook will be a RPable slum in cata *nod* no hostile NPC's, but a hell loada bums and tramps

Sadly the Lost Isle, Nor Kezan will be revisitable in Cataclysm. But the Bilgewater Port, is a massive Goblin " town " close to a city. It's in the center of Aszhara.

Jintha'alor, the huge troll city in the Hinterlands, with multipe levels and a large temple, altar and caves at the top, all a Troll can desire!

Just like I posted above, not only Moonbrook, but the entrance cavern leading to deadmines can be used as a RP hub for criminals and cultists in cata ^^
