I’ve tried my best to keep the event in Duskwood open for all and free to join. We have done our best to keep Chapter authority at the lowest and not restrict people too much. Sadly this has led to some mess and trouble and drama. Hence this initiative. Not to mention it also adds to the over-all feeling of the current situation of Duskwood. Darkshire is to become a military dictatorship! Your feedback and constructive criticism are welcome. Yes, I will pay for this with my head in the end...

Military Government of Duskwood

Military Government is a provisionary body dedicated to administrating Duskwood during war-time. It is founded on the following key principles:

*Military Government will dissolve once the province has been freed from the cultist yoke and safety is restored to Duskwood.
*Military Government suspends all laws, privileges and liberties as warranted by a war-zone situation
*We resolve to do our utmost best to ensure welfare and security of the people of Duskwood
*We hold the Council of Darkshire in high regard and will always account with their advises and recommendations, although we do not consider them binding. (1)
*We swear loyalty to the Crown and recognize the word of King Varian as absolute and unalterable. (2)

Guidelines of the Military Government

Although the laws have been suspended we resolve to act fairly and justly. Following guidelines are just that, recommendations on what actions can warrant an arrest.

*Any violence, troublemaking or peace-breaking, on the streets or anywhere else in Darkshire will not be tolerated.
*Any dissent, disobedience or lack of co-operations is unacceptable.
*Any cultist sympathy, let stand actual assistance, is severely punishable
*Trespassing will not be tolerated
*Being on the roofs can get you shot right away
*People are required to register in the town hall, revealing their appearance, identity, occupation and other data.

Please note that Duskwood is a war-zone, authorized military personnel can apprehend anybody at any time or proclaim a marshal hour. Your co-operation is paramount. Disobedience will be punished.

Authorized personnel and officers
All members of the Chapter of Holy Anethion and Ironforge troops are considered first-priority guards and enforcers of order. Stormwind troops and guards are welcome and encouraged to assist our efforts against the cultists and dissenters, but do not have any authority whatsoever over these recognized orders. Chapter guard can still ban a Stormwind guard from entering. Autherized officers can over-rule any order or instruction given by the outsiders. Stormwind Orders willing to acquire same rights are asked to appeal to Protector Imanuel.

List of officers, with comparative rank.

Rank 0 – Protector Imanuel, Military Governor.
Rank 1 – Captain Clay Farglade, responsible for patrols and conquest.
Rank 1 – High Marshal Dorik Thunderbelly, responsibilities not yet set, Dwarven commander.
Rank 2 – Sister Renhali Telenar, responsible for internal security and precinct patrols.
Rank 2 - ?? Jomir ??, responsibilities to be set.

We count upon full co-operation of all troops stationed, as well as all guests and citizens. Officers of same comparative rank have priority of command over their own troops. (for instance High Marshal Dorik has priority when commanding Dwarven troops, compared to Captain Farglade)

1) This is part of a plot-device. If anybody at any time, or in some event, is acting as a bunch of Darkshire citizens they can use that right of the council to advice.
2) This is another plot-device. If people say that this Dictatorship is OOCly unacceptable or it is decided that it makes no more sense ICly, we can sue the word of the King to disband it.

I'm perfectly fine with this, you won't last in the woods that long anyways.
