The regiment is looking for those wooden BoE training swords, they are around level 9 but a bitch to get.

Actually, they can be farmed somewhat easily from a specific mob that respawns pretty quickly and drops greens like it's Christmas every day of the year.

I can show you if you want.

Then again I'm unsure if that guy drops them but I could check.

I've two Training Swords and one Practice Sword in my bank, the latter being bamboo but also not BoE. They're on the Horde side though, but it should be fine to bring them over through the neutral AH.
