Stormwind City Hall happenings [FINISHED]

People approaching the City Hall will notice the metal lock on the floor (or missing from the door, if someone picked it up) and rotten wood in the door next to where the lock used to be.
Anyone able to sense Shadow magic may feel extremely uneasy (or comfortable?) in the City Hall's vicinity.
Those who have a refined sense to Shadow magic from training or by nature (eg. Warlocks) will be able to sense a lingering Shadow presence near the City Hall, though it is faint and slowly fading.

There is a story attached to this, involving Lady Irys Grimrock, but I will not be posting it here at this time as it is not relevant to anyone outside the Disciples of Light right now. I may post it later, we'll see.
