This pamphlet is circulated throughout the settlements of the Horde by a regiment of Deathstalkers in full black leather uniform. Silent and unresponsive they simply pin these up on the main notice boards and leave stacks in the major guard offices:

The Plague in Eversong Woods has had resounding political affects for the unity of the Horde in the Eastern Kingdoms. The Forsaken Nation has been, time and time again blamed for the spreading of a plague, the people punished for actions they did not commit. In light of recent events and the poor, undiplomatic and barbaric responses given by the supposed close and supportive allies of the Forsaken Nation, I, Vangrel Lansire declare a man hunt on those who have spread the plague.

Those with information about the recent events are encouraged to come forward, those afraid will be granted protection, those poor will be made rich. The diplomatic rift has been catastrophic in the security of the northern-eastern Kingdoms and the culprit behind these terrorist bombings must immediately be found.

These plague spreaders are also hereby declared enemies of the state and with conclusive evidence, to be terminated on sight. Their race does not matter, their allegiance does not matter, only their actions matter.

Who the fel gave this idiot the authority to command other nations? Sentencing possible sin'dorei to death? Does he not realise that with this message, he is creating more problems between the Forsaken and the Sin'dorei...

In Silvermoon, a graffiti-like note has been binned next to one of the posters. It simply reads:

Once your "Queen" stops spreading plague, we'll stop blaming the forsaken.

Dardeth looks at the pamphlet and reads it carefully, an amused smile on his lips. "well well, something is stirring at last", he muses, "the time to act draws near indeed."
He walks off to make preparations.

In a dark alley in Orgrimmar, Graknash drunkenly stumbles by one of the posters. Stopping by the thing, both to regain his balance and to satisfy his curiosity. The slender orc, or rather slender as orcs go, which still is quite remarkably bulky in the eyes of most other races, looks back and forth on the poster in a disorganized manner, grunting at the select few words he recognizes. After leaning against the board for yet a few minutes he moves on to take a leak on one of the nearby tents while humming a jolly military cadence, not caring particularly to avoid onlookers.

As a cargo-laden kodo-train lumbers to a halt in the Crossroads, trail-dust and the stink of sweat and dung drifting heavily on the air, one of the riders vaults nimbly from the saddle and squints closely at one such poster. The rider's name is Thrakha Ironsong, though one wouldn't know it to look at her right now.

Her mouth twists into an amused smirk when she lays eyes on Vangrel's all-too-familiar signature. She makes no comment, though, other than to hawk up enough phlegm from her dry throat to spit on the poster.

With that, she returns her attention to her mount. A long road lies ahead of her, and fortunately the end of it lies far away from Forsaken politics and lies.

Arli looked at the poster, tapping the hilt of his dagger as he thought.

"Yeah.." he muttered to himself, "I remember a plague being used against the dwarves at a battle last year. Was kinda weak then, still under development I seem to recall". Arli's brow furrowed on recollection of the week of fever and weakness following his accidental exposure to the toxins. "Feckers....." He scowled, "..think Hal might be interested in knowing who that was though" . Arli turned on his heel and strode purposefully towards the Apothecarium.

Interesting. The Silvermoon Council trying to banish the Forsaken in the interests of national security is all bad and wrong, and yet Lansire can hunt down members of the Horde and kill them without impunity. Very interesting.
He plucks the poster from the wall and stows it in the folds of his robes before walking away.

Public Announcement issued throughout Lordaeron:

Due to the hard investigative work of her Majesties Intelligence forces, a culprit has been uncovered among our own people. His name is Lether, once an ambassador and a well known speaker against the Forgotten Shadow, this piece of vermin is involved in the distribution of the deadly plague that struck through the lands of Quel'Thalas.

He is to be given no quarter, no mercy or shelter. Those who hide him from justice will be branded as criminals and saboteurs, those who support him and work against the Royal Forces of her Majesty will be terminated. He is nothing more but a termite working against the greater glory of the Forsaken Nation, and for his great crimes of treason and debauchery he shall face the ultimate punishment, permanent death!

Diederich sifts through junk in his pigeon hole.

"What by the Shadow is this?" he thinks to himself as he looks at the two leaflets.

Out loud, he says: "Vangrel... When will he realise he does not speak for the Forsaken Nation."

The old priest tosses the papers into the fire.

His servant says: "At least the Kingdom of Lordaeron are all but dispersed. Their rise to fame didn't last long, Darkcaller."

Scratching his chin, Thomas Valtor inspects the two pieces of parchment pinned to the notice board of the Trade Quarter within the Undercity.

"Diplomatic rift ... hmm... treason and debauchery ... oh my...."

Narrowing his eyes and lifting the parchments closer to his face, Valtor began to frown.

"One wonders though.... when exactly did we we begin to care so much about the opinions of our most esteemed Allies...."

"This Lether fellow sounds quite accomplished and enterprising to pull off all this alone... hmm... perhaps thats exactly the conclusion that this oh so public condemnation of a fellow Forsaken wants us to arrive at".

"Ha!"

Grinning broadly, Valtor carefully places the two notices back onto the board exactly as he found them.
