ITT: Hangover cures!

Oh and yeah, little advice i forgot to add:

If you dont want a headchoppin` hangover, dont mix alchohol the night you went out drinking. Or if you do start it like this: Light > Medium > Heavy > Paint remover. And you should be fine.

Not stuff like Archal would do, mix paint remover with beer and then top it off with some vodka mixed with nail polish.

This is where I usually go wrong. I start with some beers, but switch to heavier stuff, shots, mix and flush them down with beers. Hangover guaranteed!

Don't drink water after you've gone drunk on Ricard (the anise liqueur). Really don't.

Generally speaking you should also try to avoid taking painkillers before you go to bed or when you wake up. It's overloading your liver + kidneys and pretty much deteriorates them. Although I believe painkillers containing ibuprofen are alright, it's the one containing the much stronger paracetamol that you should avoid.

Meh, Its impossible(at least when you are in vegas, free booze \o/) not to mix various hard liquor, Impossible I tell you.

I change what I do with each hangover because for me they are not always the same. Sometimes I wake up perfectly normal and others I struggle to leave my bed.

Flat coke is quite good as it gives you energy you need to get your body back to normal and without the gas it doesnt upset the stomach, but I prefer sprite for hangover in this case.

Chilling outside with cold glass of water with your Ipod on is quite nice, making sure you replace all the minerals lost from the boozy night ie salty bag of crisps.

For those days hungover at work the best cure is just to make sure you're not caught being sick and get through the day without humiliation

Finally for those really awful hangovers when you practically puke your guts out from the point of waking up til early next morning, I tend to usually just take the pain as a reminder to what Ive done to myself.
Also not drinking when you are at a good stage of drunkenness is best, so usually I avoid losing a day to torture from this.

I don't smoke. I'm too much of a pussy for truly enjoying it (Cough, cough, cough, etc), although a cigar every now and then is enjoyable.

Hangovers usually last until the 2nd day after drinking... Atleast after tequila.
Hopefully I won't have a hangover tomorrow, because I managed to keep to being tipsy and not shitfaced xD
