The Stupid things You do

As the name of the thread states.
The stupid things you do, in the game that you can catch yourself doing.
What am I talking about? Things you do subconsciously, like running around Stormwind aimlessly while bored just to pass time mindlessly, run from point to point without mount, realizing halfway there that "Oh right, I'm not mounted"
One very prominent thing I tend to do, is set the camera in a very, very specific location to get a close up look of my character.

The drawbacks? I don't usually notice any activity infront of me, but it's such a habit that I do it automatically.
But it somewhat works considering that Copper has terrible vision.
Oh and before Demo shout was nerfed to the ground...

That's over 300 mobs, aggro'd from all over Elwynn, down through Westfall, into Duskwood and back up into Elwynn and into Stormwind.

Jump repeatedly. Or press jump when not moving but mounted on a ground mount, making the mount make a stupid noise.
Seriously, I sit here and just click my space bar again and again and again. I don't know why, it even irritates me but I guess I zone out and then when I realise what I'm doing stop.

Pretty much everytime I log on, I run around Stormwind aimlessly a couple of times. I eventually realise what I'm doing and go off to do what I intended to do when logging on in the first place.

On my monk, I always roll whenever it's off cooldown (when I'm out of character) even if I am facting the wall or am at the auction house.
It looks really silly to see the fat wad of fur hitting the walls every few minutes

On topic - I often kill all the critters I can see, or try something randomly fun like flying up in flightform on my druid, cancelling it and waiting for the last second before recasting Flight Form. I often fail.

Yep, do this too.
Also jump over the cracks and lines in the streets making sure to not touch them!

There should be an IC version of this thread--or I mean, "what do you do stupidly IC." I could -fill- it with things like "and then I said 'he is probably coming up behind us, so can you please go check where he went' rather than "he is probably coming up behind us, WE SHOULD RUN'."

I subconciously pillar-kite invisible arena opponents whenever I encounter anything looking even remotely like a pillar. For example, bird form and kite around the stormwind clock tower.
I can still feel the repercussions of playing a TBC druid.

Fly really close to the water so my mounts foot is making ripples on the surface as I fly along... Reminds me of the adventurers: down under

I miss that movie, so good ;_;
When I'm on any other character than Arenfel, I will randomly mash the fourth mouse button and then forget only mages can blink.
Play the game at like three in the morning, then decide it's a good idea to roleplay. Hint: It's not.

In line of dropping from flight form: make a demonic circle somewhere up high, jump down and try to use the teleport at the latest moment possible.

Goblin glider everywhere.
I fly as high up as i possibly can then try to goblin glide to the place im going instead of just flying there.
This put a serious dent in my levelling when i had the glider but couldn't fly in pandaria yet....
I just had to see how far i could get when jumping from neverest.

As a druid I'll fly high up, and drop out of fly form and see how close I get to the ground without killing myself as I go back to bird form.
I hate lag at times, and I also found out that the canals is not deep enough to take a fall.

IC'ly my char has a Gyrocopter stationed either behind Si:7 or at the docks, if at docks I always RP free-run across the rooftops of Stormwind (assassins creed style) using climbing claws and pre-placed half bricks. Takes around 5 minutes from Si:7 HQ to docks this way but it HAS to be done if I logged on in Stormwind!
