Defias Minecraft

I've been wanting to get back into minecraft for abit. I was wondering if there was a server where aload of defias players are playing or if anyone has been thinking of setting one up. would really love to play MC with u guys and gals.


How To join:

You need to download the hamatchi clien, then join the group named: Defias Minecraft.
Password:defias
Then i the game you write down the Ip mentioned some pages back

and the IP to enter into minecraft is 5.66.120.136

My only problem with servers is dickheads ruining stuff I spend hours building.

yeah , so far no servers D= Susie make us one with ur powers.

I have no idea how to make one! And if I need to be online all the time to keep the server up for people, you know how temperamental my laptop is with the wireless.

Enjoy the game but keep getting bored in singleplayer. we need to make a big adventure RP dealio.

I could host, If there is a server kit out there and If I have the ability to deduce what the hell to do with it. I'm sure my internet would be good enough to run it.

I did that once. Built an awesome lava fortress. Unfortunately, I accidentally gave the bed 'no spawn access' or something when I fell into a lava pit I was making. Spawned at the usual spawn point. Where the fuck my base was and in what direction, I do not know.

I remember building Rapture on a server with Flumi, where I was using a really nice Little Sister skin. We built the Little Sister-esque golden vents in the wall for me to climb through.

In either case, I would be happy to host a server, I'm pretty sure there is a tool-kit out there to host it upon, If anyone could find it, I'll give it a shot.

And Rapture? Did you build it underwater too? :3

HELLS YES. I had an underwater city in one which took AGES to build cause I kept accidentally flooding myself which blew out all the torches so I couldn't see at all.

Then me and Mervyn built a cannon and were taking it for a test run! Unfortunately, we'd managed to aim it straight for the pirate ship I'd spent hours on, and it blew up. XD

It was an epic explosion, I must admit...

I had a singleplayer map where I built a doom fortress. But I built it A BILLION MILES AWAY from the spawn. Like, I found the location after two hours of boat sailing. Suffice to say I fell in the lava.
Oh, and the server has to have the Mine Little Pony mod.

I'm actually not playing on it now after looking up that mod and seeing how pathetic it is.

I dont think I could run it anyway, let alone want to :3

Was a joke xD I refuse to mod most games. Except fallout. Can't e bothered with trying to find things in a maze of random addons.
Last one was trying to install the Aether mod, and ended up having to redownload minecraft.

Multiplayer Server
If you're running on Windows and just want to set up a server easily, download Minecraft_Server.exe (802 KB) and run it.
If you want to run the server on any other OS or without GUI it's a bit more involved (see this wiki article for a tutorial). First make sure you can use java from the command line. On Linux and Mac OS X this should already be set up but on Windows you might have to tinker with the PATH environment variable. Download and run minecraft_server.jar (621 KB) with java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui.

Having a hard time finding my IP for the server, So, Give me a few minutes, (Help needed).
I'm not a techno wis so.

Fixed the IP, Able to run instead of using localhost as the address, Poke me for the IP Address and I've got it running atm, So it should be working!

Tested it using the IP Address so the external address should now work.

No, post it here! We all need to get on!

192.168.1.174 is the current IP Address, Holds 20 people atm, Needs preliminary stability check. Go knock yourselfs out, Im on there ATM. ;D
