Commission For Writing The National Anthem of Stormwind

I would like to commission an artist from the community to write the national anthem for the Kingdom of Stormwind. The anthem should be between two and three verses long and have a strong patriotic theme to it. It should make people want to stand up, salute the flag and even shed a tear.
If the anthem is suitably appropriate and well-crafted, the artist will be rewarded by a sum of 2000g plus the fame that goes with creating the national anthem of Stormwind.

I may try my own shot at it, but I would advise to mail Valestrion in-game. I'm not sure if his visiting habits on this forum will ensure a timely notice of this thread. He isn't the lyrical type... But the few times he did make a prayer, or a song, he hit the nail on the head with a beautiful use of words.

Came out more poemy than anthemy but whatever!!! It was fun writing it 
O Stormwind, my nation and my country,

Worgen and elves take refuge here
And dwarves and gnomes are always near.
Raising high walks the Lion’s Head,
His fearsome claws at our foes do shred,
His breath brings comfort to our dead,
And beneath his mane do we all rest to bed;
His heroes line his guarded valley
And at his roar did our fathers rally,
Defender of the Light, we honored his name
As we brought the Horde to their knees in shame!
O Stormwind, a sweeter name was never spoken
And our promise to protect you was never broken:
Orcs, cultists, and dragons all came our way
But triumphant still we stand to this day;
The throne of Stormwind stands ever tall
Watching over both the great and small!
