I have a gnome dock good with a blade and healing contact the cartel for details (very smal print(removal of unneeded organs and or extortion and implantation of explosive device for controling perpouses my result from using this healer))

There are certain things that a scalpel can do where a magic wouldn't be the better or easier answer.

You can't summon a baby out of the mother. That's why we have c-sections.

Bah, I'm sure elves would know surgery as well. My main problem there is not knowing how to OOCly, and trying to google for surgery howto's never seems to go well for me confused

They are. since all they do is hide in bushes, doing lesbian things or dream under a tree. they never need surgery for when half their guts are hanging out, limps ripped off and the like.

Ya but that's because ELUNE is an actual goddess that can heal our wounds in like 2 seconds while humans have to kneel like pigs and beg for healing from a some "thing" that doesn't even exist!!!
