Time Line.

(Bold is fixed future events - Italics is flexable future fevents, things that can be changed by RP - underlined are events that have passed)
September 13th - First time jarric raised it in council and start of the harvest
October 4th - End of harvest
October 11th - The first full report on the granaries to be discussed in council. (only the royal and the noble ones, Reports of the rest still to arrive.)
October 12th til 18th - Prices increase to about 110% of normal.

Hmmm... I suggest:
4th of October as end of Harvest sounds fine to me.
But 11th of October should be the first full report on the granaries. And only the royal ones and the noble ones. Reported as not quite full.
First price increase ought to happen on the 12th. To about 110% of normal.
On the 13th October a merchant should deliver the "bomb" to council. A formal request of the state granaries to support the monthly quota. Famine is a clear thing
15th, 2nd Price Increase. To 120 %
19th: 140 %.
22nd: 160%.
26th: 180 %
30th: 200 %. Famine has struck. Markets have broken down.
All of these should be adjusted depending on what happens IC of course. But just as general guideline.
Edit: Adjusted prices. Now all priceincreases above 2x will happen in famine proper once it starts in November.

Indeed it is vital to me imo that anything we do is flexable to others rp. If a guild can get food to us that will reduce the price inflation for example.
Will put in italics flexable future dates and Bold fixed events.
