Banner of Theramore is currently a guild based between Stormwind & Theramore who RP members of the Alliance Navy given to the defected forces of Kul'Tiras, in order to maintain the gateway to Kalimdor and uphold the ties to Jaina's island. Stopping in at the respective cities as needs must, it's expected that we'll be located at Stormwind harbor aboard the ship "The Lady Proudmoore", of which was the previous name for the guild. At the time of posting, we are a smaller RP guild but very tight-knit and eager to bring in more players to expand our community.

Some may have noticed us before on The Barrens Campaign earlier in the year under the name above. Well after, our guild attempted to tame the beast of creating an RP hub, specifically on Theramore. For lack of better words, the project failed. It was due to a multitude of reasons but the most prominent simply being the isolated location and lack of time given from the then GM. I'd sit back and watch the guild slowly dwindle in number as people left for summer holidays or because of grievances they held about our location. To that end, I have taken the reigns and vacated us to Stormwind to serve as an envoy and escort of sorts between the two cities. I'm extremely keen to see us become an everyday part of the current RP guilds that hold ground in the city and would request to anyone reading this thread wishing for a new character; to please consider us.

Our Goals

• Bring new life to Stormwind Harbour.
• Give an alternative for restricted races in performing Military RP in the city.
• Playerbase permitting, set up an active presence in Theramore.
• Create regular event sessions within the guild through use of NPC dialogue and such, with hopes of including other communities.
• Generally being seadogs.

Recruitment
As a ship of the Alliance Navy, we accept all of it's races and people of all professions so long as they find a use aboard the vessel or in Theramore's community. Death-Knights I would have some concerns about accepting but it's entirely dependant on the character and how they present themselves IC. We're a seafaring guild and as such we require sailors as well as men and women for the Marine core, I've a use for many character types but there are plenty of guilds out there operating in Stormwind so please make sure on your choice, I like to keep my members =). As for the guild's 'feel', we're very much a Military guild but your Commander is rather the 'lax type and as such there's ample opportunity to slate (or join) his trips to the pubs between making patrols and investigating criminal activites. Pirates with a purpose and (moral) compass is how I would describe our group's attitude, though of course that's extremely varied between our current members.

There -is- a certain amount of uniform I would ask recruits to stick to whilst "on duty" though I appreciate how a player wants to customize their character and I'm extremely open in how you want to present yourself so long as it sticks to the motif' of your role and you wear the appropriate tabards whether in Stormwind or Theramore. Character level does factor into what you might be able to wear, but it's not so large an issue and I'll work to find you a suitable RP outfit if you can't supply one for yourself. In terms of role, it's completely individual based and your rank aboard the ship will depend on your claimed experience and willingness to put effort in IC to work your way up. OOC-wise, the ranks are superficial tattery aside from the OOC officer badges that are stuck to individuals I truly trust to see the guild in a better way. Each officer puts forward their opinion on an issue should one arise and it's put to a vote the outcome so as to be diplomatic when I can't sort something myself for whichever reason. Whilst an extremely small majority would probably even be interested in joining, if you feel you'd like to contribute to our success and show the aptitude; I'm always looking for additional aid.

Leaving a message here that the crew of the Lady Proudmoore is in need of medics! With the increase of violence within Stormwind City and thus injuries to crew members, prisoners and civilians, the captain of the ship can no longer function as the only medic or surgeon on board.
