Just because that is the only thing you can create in your character creation screen doesn't mean it is the only thing you can RP. I mean aren't all humans technically from Elwynn? And are not all dwarves of the Bronzebeard clan?

If you want to RP a Draenei worgen, then I suggest you roll a shaman.

New Worgen and other races (we accept non-Worgen too!) are still welcomed, now we just have to solve the problem of certain priests and warlocks eavsedropping on conversations...

Last night saw the pack gather in large numbers to embark on a hunt for a relic.After combing their way through Duskwood with no success the Hunting Party stopped at Darkshire.
Here the Alpha came accross a registry which pointed them North into the dreaded Dreadwind Pass.
The path there saw the more ...some would say paranoid where others would say knowledgeable pack members afflicted by trickery of their own minds.Some seeing threats in the shifting shadows.
In the Pass an ill wind blew ,the scent of rotting bodies hitting the trackers nostrils.A prisioner was taken by the uneasy warband but the tricky bastard escaped as the pack fought their way through a rabble of ogres.
After they defeated the stinking brutes the pack gathered itself and took stock of the injured following the lead of their Alpha.Eventually they saw a ruin off in the distance and could hear the sounds of laughter and music on the wind.
Undaunted by current events the pack swept through the village infront of the ruin where they were attacked by ghastly apperitions of the villages past occupants.Some were lucky and suffered only fleating physical wounds while most were not and suffered from minor hallucinations to the more mind cripilingvisions of their loved ones dieing infront of their eyes .
The Pack made their way to an old chaple where they established a camp to wait out the night.Though even here they found no respite as the spirits that lingered attacked even the mighty Alpha in a vain attempt to prevent her from claiming her prize.
Once the Pack had recovered from the latest wave of attacks guards were posted while those to fragile or wounded to continue slept.In the meantime the newly formed Blackfang ventured out into the night under the watchful gaze of the packs new Beta to try and find any sign of their prize.Unsuccessful they returned to relieve the watch and watch over the pack.

Well, that didn't work well did it? Getting inside and getting nothing .

The pack gathered hearing the howls of the "Prime Beta" Corp.Once gathered they were told that the Alpha had wondered off and had not been seen for hours.The pack formed up to begin a search of the area when they heard the Alpha calling.



The pack swept through the graveyard to find Niara in a crypt behind a locked gate.
She told Corp that the relic they sought was inside the crypt somewhere.Urged on by their need for the relic Corp opened a rift using his powers over the nether and the pack seemed to phase through the gate one by one until they were all inside with Niara.








A quick look around the chamber told them that the corpseshoot was the quickest way to the heart of the crypt.Unwilling to risk any harm to the pack on the drop the Blackfang Mort channeled the arcane to ease the packs burden and and slow their descent down the shoot.


Once in the heart of the crypt they split into groups of three and searched the area.Crypts and tombs alike were opened and turned upsidedown.



Such actions did not go unnoticed the denizens of the crypt lashed out at the pack clouding their minds.Some adopted the personas of kin or those next to them ,others turned into jabbering idiots and others adopted into completly new personalities.








After hours of searching artifacts were found by some.But what seemed like success turned to tragedy as Corp and Fayen were sruck down by a hex.Fayen was carried quickly to the rest of the pack in the room with the corpseshoot.
After tremondous effort from Mik and Ese Fayen was saved leaving the others weakened.




Taking advantage of this a maleovlant spirit took hold of Mik and using it's influence amplified his powers.
The posessed Harvest Cleric lashed out at the pack sending some flying into the wall and binding others in place.Though badly hurt Niara managed to hand a blind Fayen an orb.Fayen found Corp and used the orb to force the spirit out of Mik.
















With the evil banished from Mik the kinder spirits revealed themselves and thanked Niara and her pack for ridding the crypt of the vile one.With that the spirits showed their gratitude by restoring the pack before leaving.




After the pack had gathered in the chamber they set out to return home

after stalking an orc into a mine and looting the next shard from his cold dead corpse the badly beaten pack returned to the safety of the local Keep to rest and heal.

The Dreadhowl Pack will be embarking upon a final quest to complete their task of assembling an ancient Moonstone, that will purify Worgen amongst the pack of corruption their harbor; though the healer of the pack remains fearful of the resulting aftermath of the "purification."

A faint howl can be heard from the old barracks situated on the cliffs of Stormwind city. Lorainne shivers, as she realises what is soon to happen. She positions her chair correctly at the table, and returns to her work. With skill she dips the quill in the filled inkwell and starts to write on the broad sheet of paper.

The Cursed and the Blessed.

Many months have passed since the cataclysmic events of Gilneas, with a grand Diaspora as result. The people of Gilneas have mainly flocked to the southern kingdom of Stormwind, this includes myself, and many have been able to rebuild their lives. Though there are those that have failed to do so, and roam these streets at night, in search of food or prey.
The cursed, or the blessed, have bundled their forces and built themselves a mighty fortress against all evils wanting to obliterate them under the so-called foot of justice. I speak of the Worgen, those that live in severe poverty. Many live in fear, and find a home when joining the Pack. They shall be safe, protected from harm, and will not sleep hungry.

There are those that claim the Worgen to be feral beasts, yet there are also those that accept the cursed, the blessed, as a new species, forced to live between two shapes. I myself am a Worgen, though barely as proud as the others. Yet it is I who is willing to represent these majestic creatures and protect them from severe oppression and tyranny. I shall state now that I am no hero, but merely a tool for the Pack to dispose.
The Worgen go out to hunt, and I remain put. They voyage across the oceans to strange continents and journey across Azeroth in search of answers. I speak of the Pack that continues where others stop. They go on grand adventures, putting their lives at risk.
Yet I remain here, trapped by the four walls that surround me. Little courage do I have, for the Worgen are the true heroes of this poverty-stricken kingdom.
Brave they stand, proud they are.

Though these underrepresented creatures raise a question. Are they cursed, or blessed? It is not I that ought to answer this question, but the people that read this. Shall you defend the interests of the Worgen, should the need arise, or shall you simply stare at them as the corrupted forces of justice walk over the corpses of hundreds?
The Worgen shall always welcome strangers with the best of interests, and will do anything within their power to aid those in need of it. We are no strangers. We are like you, but united through heart and strength.
We are the Pack.

Lorainne sighs deeply, and lays the used quill beside the parchment. From the inn, she glances through the window at the large clock tower in the distance. She frowns briefly, and returns to work.
Many hours later she is carrying several copies of the parchment, and pins them at several, viewable locations. With slumped shoulders she struts towards the Barracks, in fear of the Alpha and her peons.
