[A+H]Public RP locations

Hello, with this topic I intended to create and update a list of where public rp can be found regularly. I'll maintain the list, but i don't have the time to check up on or find locations myself. So I'll need your help in posting locations of active rp and mentioning when they are no longer the centre of regular rp. Especially for the Horde.

Some rules to make sure the list is useful:

The locations must be roleplayed in regularly. There does not have to be roleplay there constantly, but it should be more than a one-off event. Regular rp events, places used as bases (not just claimed as bases, used), rp hubs and even temporary missions all qualify. As long as anyone could go there and find rp it's fine.

For temporary locations, post start-date and (preliminary) end-date.

Please do not fight over claims/bases/whatever in this thread.

Narrow the locations down. Don't post Stormwind, post which district, or even better where in the district. Even if you do use the entire city/zone, specify the most commonly used areas. Make it as easy as you can to find the rp location.

Notes: A drug den, the prime place for purchasing illegal drugs, and partaking in the consumption.

Time: Every Sunday, beginning in the evening, ending in the early morning.
Type: High-class tavern.
Persona non grata: Anyone who can't pay the 1 Gold entry fee.
Notes: An exquisite lounge, where patrons can partake in fine ale, fine courtesans and on the down-low, fine drugs.

Persona non grata: Death knights, Shadow Priests and Warlocks can expect hostility from the Crimson Flame. Broken Sword and Chapter of Holy Anethion are at risk.
Notes: Phased. Leonid Bartholomew at Light's Hope Chapel hands out the quest "The Brotherhood of Light" which unlocks the phase at the end of the questline.

Horde:

Wayfarers Inn, Silvermoon
Participants: Strike or his employee's
Time: Evenings
Type: Inn
Persona non grata: N/a
Notes: It's a social place with the finest rp drinks and food generally available most evenings. A wide variety of rp'ers drop by, not all of them blood elves and most people switch to Orcish when non blood elves are around, even if not talking to them directly.

Participants: It appears to be rather orc-centered, but I've also seen other pirates, scallywags and scoundrels doing shady business.
Time: Usually in late afternoon/evenings.
Type: Social tavern RP, campfire at times, and some shady dealing.
Persona non Grata: N/a
Notes: We are also working on getting the tavern up and running again, with a collaboration of Guldujenu, Strike and Tiriella/Ezzy. So hopefully Ratchet will again be a wonderfully flourishing and alive place to find all kinds of RP!

Time: Thursday, open from 21:00 till atleast midnight.
Type: Tavern; The Blighted Dwarf
Persona non grata: Pretty much open for anyone, though declarations of love and happiness towards the alliance are frowned upon.
Notes: It's a common alehouse, don't expect the menu to carry much high society material. We are open for negotiations to include something in our stock, but there better be profit in it.

HORDE:
This is from my observations in the past few weeks I've been around; PM me if I need to correct anything.

Location: Wayfarers Inn, Silvermoon
Participants: A wide variety of rp'ers drop by, not all of them blood elves and most people switch to Orcish when non blood elves are around, even if not talking to them directly. The bar is well run by Strike or his employee's and seems to be open most evenings.
Time: Evenings I see most activity and this is when the bar is most likely to be manned.
Type: Social rp in an Inn setting. Run by an excellent barman with a rather mean and drunk bouncer sometimes (that's for calling me 'toots' ).
Persona non grata: Not aware of any.
Notes: It's a social place with the finest rp drinks and food generally available most evenings.

Oi, toots! I'm not -allways- mean and drunk.. Mostly just drunk, really.

On another note though!

Rathcet is slowly but steadily coming back to life, it would seem!

Horde:

Notes: With allround / Town RP I mean that it's just like Stormwind. There are guards, civilians, bad guys, a tavern, a medic post. People took up various professions as well. Save from such, you could find various events, planned or unplanned, too.

Participants:The heroic and noble servicemen of the alliance navy.
Time: When ever the ship is in town (we ic sail to other lands)
Type: Brig
Persona non grata:No one really, we love to see you all! Just dont walk onto the ship without permittion or it be the brig fer ye ya dogs!
Notes: Bear in mind it is a military dock and as such isnt a good place to come for fishing/looking out at the sea (you know who you are!)

Arathi Highlands
Location: Stromgarde City, general spots in Arathi Highlands, Royal Farm at the east coast of Arathi.
Participants: Members of Kingdom of Stromgarde and their allies
Time: Every day. No specific times. Easiest way to check activity is to do a /who Kingdom of Stromgarde
Type: Base of operations and casual RP spot for Arathorian roleplayers and all their guests and friends.
Persona non grata: Cultists and criminals and people who generally do not follow the laws of Stromgarde.
Notes: It is a city and nation (even if ruined) like any other. If you come be ready to follow the city rules, or risk getting arrested. You can find the laws [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

The Little Big Brewery
Location: The Upstairs of the Slaughtered Lamb. We also control the doors to the down under of te Slaughterd Lamb.
Participants: Staff and Anyone else.
Time: Every day. Staff normally there from 20:00 server time onwards!
Type: A Tavern for all. Shady People seem to take a shine to it.
Persona non Grata: No one. Everyone is welcome for a drink. Unless your banned. Then your not.
Notes: Staff will not always be there to cater you. Sorry!

Location: Northshire Abbey
Participants: The Chapter of Holy Anethion, sometimes Disciples of Light and Holy Lightbringers
Time: Everyday, usually from 20:00-21:00 onwards
Type: Base for the Chapter of Holy Anethion, and Holy ground for any religious, Light-worshiping character
Persona non grata: Out-spoken 'atheists', out-spoken followers of any religion not the Holy-Light, criminals, cultists, drunks.
Notes: It is Holy ground and highly regarded by the faithful men and women who stay there, any affronts or what they believe to be sacrilege will not be met with kind responses.

Location: Hammerfall Inn/Barrack, Arathi Highlands
Participants: Blood Brokers, and the occasional Troll RP'er
Time: Evenings and nights mostly
Type: Base. Monthly events.
Persona non grata: Disturbers of the peace (note that "villain" RP'ers are thus also accepted so long as they don't cause trouble), or anyone that the Blood Brokers have been hired to hunt down.
Notes: ICly the Brokers are holding the town for the Horde and not for themselves; anyone is free to RP here and should just think of them as town guards. You are welcome to use the flight route ICly.

I take offense in the idea that there is such a ting as public role-playing places, since it presupposes that there are private role-playing places, an idea I vigorously reject. Every role-play should be fundamentally open. If you want the privacy to speak to someone without other player-characters being able to hear it, you'll have to earn it by going out of your way to meet in a place where said player-characters won't be able to find you.

Everybody is always welcome wherever I role-play with whomever. These locations currently include:
