[H] The Frostmane Hold recruiting!

Hello there! I am pleased to inform you that we are recruiting again! Praised be!

Who we are:

We roleplay the Frostmane tribe, living in the snowy region of Dun Morogh. Due to the rather limited lore concerning the frostmanes, we have written up our own (awesome) Loa and fan lore that we feel suits ice trolls better than say, the Gods of the Amani. We do respect and understand warcraft lore, and try very hard not to clash with it. Our roleplay consists mostly of tribe-related things and character development. We do not favor one character type over another, so a great variety of options is available for you to choose from. In short, not everyone has to be a fighter, or a hexer- lazy fishermen and other good-for-nothings are also a part of tribal life. We want a certain realism to our RP so half-Gods, cousins of Hakkar or Teenage All-star* characters, look elsewhere.

We are a frostmane troll-only roleplaying guild and currently experimenting with roleplay that has a touch of "pen & paper" oriented gaming in it. In short, this means that the guild leader has written up a metaplot that sometimes affects the characters, but can -and hopefully will- chance, twist and turn, depending on what the players choose to do. We strive so that this does not limit the roleplay but instead, enhances it. So far, the experiment has received no complaints!

What we can give to you:

A friendly, drama-free guild with people who are able to tell the difference of in character and out of character. Admittedly we are still rather small, but we hope to grow steadily with the right people in our ranks. Flexibility -there is quite the variety of characters you may create in our ranks -not everyone has to be high and mighty, we believe that different types of characters will bring more colour in the guild. We have fantastic writers and roleplayers in our guild and are most happy to welcome more in!

What we expect of you:

We do not necessarily require that you would have roleplaying experience but it does help. Needless to say metagamers, power emoters, flamers and whiners are not welcome. We expect you to be nice, easy-going, mature and polite, but we will not say no to a crooked sense of humor either. Also good written english is something we hope for as we read each other's writings all the time. The guild's pen & paper - theme does require some activity from your side, so this is not a foster home for AFKers either.

We do not have level requirements but it is advisable that you would have a mount and that you can survive the trip to Dun Morogh, seeing that is where we mostly roleplay.

But Dun Morogh is actually quite large and so far we have been able to RP with little disturbance -Also we are a small guild. And I'm not too keen in harassing people who level so I guess we are fine. Plenty of space for RP guilds on the server

EDIT: Also, obviously we are still there as we has the best women.

They made it to the forums at last! As far as I can see this bunch is a good alternative for the Second Gurubashi Empire for those who are more into forest Trolls then jungle ones.

Gnomes don't blow stuff up.

Gnomes make some really annoying device that turns them into a chicken instead of doing what it should.

Goblins are the ones to blow stuff up.

Gnomish technology is fail' they gas their own population and are unable to defeat some hairy' cave men/dwarves with clubs and sticks. Lawl
