I can recommend Miss Moonwind's expertise. She added a new propulsion system to The Javelin which has resulted in an excellent 50% increase in speed out at sea. Reasonable costs and fast turn around too.

I too, would recommend Miss Moonwind's work. She has, amongst other things, invented a 'communication system' for the Security Team in The Blue Recluse, and has made amendments to extend its range.
