A stirring in the ranks
A note in the scribes room of the library of Northshire.
"Brothers and Sisters.
We face a time of changes and I ask your patience and support in these difficult times. Our beloved headmaster is recovering from his illness, but will not be fit for duty for some time to come. In light of this situation we will be changing our daily routines to share the responsibilities that now rest on our shoulders.
As your headmaster's assistant, I shall see to the administration and management and Brother Fredric will be in charge of accounting. Brother Paxton continues to lead the copiers and see to the ink supplies. We ask for new volunteers to work on the paper supplies and the book binding, now that Brother Fredric's duties have changed.
I expect that you all continue your work diligently and that you will honour your tradition of excellence.
I thank you for your time.
Father Gerald Connoughton
Assistant Headmaster of the Scribes of Northshire"
