Can you shove Discipline down the throats of unruly Recruits!?

The Blackbrews have enlisted a large number of fresh recruits since surfacing in Stormwind. Most of the new blood is untrained, undisciplined and unworthy of wearing the Blackbrew colours.

They get into petty street fights, get arrested, and sometimes even get killed. We are -Mercenaries-, meaning we try to avoid bloodshed unless we're being paid accordingly. It's getting out of hand - and with ambitions to secure Military contracts from the Crown, this moronic behaivour is counter-productive to say the least.

Do you have what it takes to make these numb-skulls get in line? Do you have the experience, knowledge, and strength of mind to break these thugs down & build them back up into professional soldiers for hire? If the answer is yes, seek out Rend and convince him that you're the man (or woman!) for the job.

So yeah, it's pretty self-explanatory! The Blackbrews are currently in danger of becoming a street gang of thugs, which is not what we're aiming for! This, combined with a few other changes will hopefully steer us back in the right direction & bring back the Military vibe that we are at risk of losing.

Past experience in the role would be ideal, but not mandatory. So long as you have an understanding of the role a Drill Sergeant has, and how to execute it, we should be okay! Thanks for reading!

Helmut have a history and experiance of being a "disciplinary consultant" to different guilds and organizations. He is all about discipline and order. Let him bring one or two of his death knights and I will assure you that the world will be done.

Interesting idea! I've only been back a few days and it's my first time meeting anyone from The Blackbrews but I've seen a few scuffles break out, looks like this might a good idea!

I usually see the Blazing shields run drills and whatnot and lining up and marching and all that. Perhaps they could have one.

Thanks Siegmund & Dyone for your input, but I don't think we're quite at the stage where we consider appointing a Scourge Lord to train Blackbrew troops haha! The same applies to stealing Shield sergeants to train Blackbrews - unless of course one of them were willing to roll a new character that's unaffiliated with the Shields!

My character [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] is a tough nut who might suit for this. He has served a para-military unit for six years in the past and has a lot of field experience..
The following years he's been deep into criminal activities though, and still are, but has been looking for a way out some time now..
His criminal sheet is darker than Hellscream's a-hole, but I guess that's not important when riding with you goons..
Anyway, I believe he could discipline a bunch of young recruits or at least serve them 50 strong in the try..
