The Blue Recluse.

Hey guys, i just wanted to drop by and hear how it is looking with the Blue Recluse.
Is anyone owning it at the moment or is it standing free?
And even if anyone got it, is it active?

Don't think anyone is using it actively. So I guess if you're planing to put in some bartenders and so, feel free I say. Don't belive in owning the place though.

Well me and a friend have a vision! A mighty mighty vision! Of running the place via a guild.. Which is why i want to hear if anyone have sat their butt on it, or if it's possible to create such guild centered around the bar.

Go ahead and do it if no one seem's to be usuing it.
Just a tip from experience don't claim to "own it" or oust people if you get there and find peopel RPing there atm. Either RP with them or work around them, or just wait.

Deserted wasteland. It would be wonderful if the place saw some action.

The best way to find out if a place is "used" is to go there and use it. Time will tell if it is actually "used" or not.

Nobody's using the place at the moment as far as Im aware, go use! No need to claim you 'own' the place tho, that might result in some conflicts

I'd recommend doing a "The Bartender is in! Get your drink on at the Blue Recluse tonight!" or something like it every now and then when you're there in LFRP. You know, so people don't stay away from there out of habit.

Place has been used as a place for parties and celebrations but not in the sense of having bartenders or a guild centered about the place and bringing life to it for some time.
