Hello Im currently building up myself a new armour set for monny's makeover and there is one item thats bothering me that i require

http://www.wowhead.com/item=10098 (Counciler's cloak) It only drops from rair mobs in winterspring , burning steppes and swamp of sorrows.. If anyone finds one I will gladley take it off your hands
