Hearthstone RP

So, I've noticed that we've got quite a few people who are really getting into Hearthstone, myself included. And it got me thinking.

There's Hearthstone tables in game on which NPCs play (There's ones outside of the Shrine in the Vale for each faction) so it's not very far-fetched to accept the fact that Hearthstone is a game that the people in Azeroth actually play. Yeah, it's pretty much a clever marketing ruse (putting that table there), but why won't we integrate it in our role-play? I've always been very fond of games-within-games and personally I think the thought that the citizenry of Azeroth has created a trading card game based on the exploits of some of their best-known heroes and their exploits is too awesome to ignore.

I can see my character really getting into Hearthstone. He's pretty geeky. It could even be a way to expand your character in certain ways - compile theme decks and have characters bond over discussing strategy IC. It's a fun past time!

What do you guys think? Hearthstone RP, anyone?

Already happening in the Shatterskul Marauders, Jarilo and Shriukan have played Hearthstone IC, and talk about the game happens every now and then. Hilarity ensues when a Sunwalker in camp suddenly starts shouting for Anduin to kick some ass. :3

Hehe. Indeed. Them goblins and gnomes in Booty Bay sure are creating a great strategy game to relax after some hard marauding. Be sure to keep checking your mailbox everyday for you free testing deck.

We joked back when heartstone first was revealed that as soon as I got acess to it, Rargnasha would dissapear for a few weeks, leaving the rebellion to manage itself until he'd return two weeks later, unshaved and unwashed (Not big change from his usual).
