Defiler War Journal
What the eff my char Visceril Strain is up to currently in and around the Barrens!
Spirit Rise, Thunder Bluff.
Apothecary Zamah spoke with her usual whimsical sharp pitch.
"Reports from Razor Hill state that Alliance are workin' alongside Vol'jin rebels.
Alliance will obviously turn against this rebellion and thwart the Orcs 'n' trolls which'll
lead to the inevitable attack on our Undercity. This allegiance cannot be allowed,
head into the arid Barrens discover the whereabouts of any and all Alliance scum.
With the Kor'kron war machine gaining momentum we must crush the Alliance
when they themselves fight the Kor'kron, two birds one stone so to speak.."
"Understood, I'll gather what resources i can and head into the Northern
territory, Kor'kron activity is stronger there" replied Visceril

Two days of tracking an Alliance spy lead to the discovery of an old mining
cave that now housed Kor'kron weapons and equipment. No personel were
present only the remains of past experimental subjects.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Discovering a number of volatile liquid barrels, I proceeded to pour it everywhere
and set the cave ablaze, not without acquiring 3 barrels of the volatile liquid for myself!

Intel found on the Alliance spy led the me to the Alliance Forward Command.

Establishing an treetop vigil I was able to enable hit and run ambush attacks
on Alliance that were stationed there.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Following the bulk of the Alliance military unit to Fort Triumph, I witnessed
numerous failed attempts by Goblins to blow a small outpost near the Fort.
Alliance riflemen were bringing them down faster than they can get to
their targets, I felt it only right for me to remove the Alliance scabs!

Now the little buggers can do what they were born to do!

Warsong Lumber Camp
"A gift, I understand that such items are regarded as trinkets of vanity,
but this Worgen pelt is a gesture of good will and loyal understanding".
The Deathmaster passed the black heavy Worgen pelt to General Bloodmark
who in turn passed it to his subordinate, words were exchanged and Visceril
found himself allied with the Rebellion. It was with no trepidation that he had
come to this decision, but the sight of Kor'kron beating down upon this great
Horde had finally taken its tow upon the forsaken. Days earlier he had conferred
with The Black Bride about what he had witnessed within the Barrens, It was
her that spurned him to seek and join those that lay waste to Hellscreams army.
Establishing a small lab upon an unused area of the camp Visc had now established
a point of call, from this point he could venture to the surrounding areas searching,
scouting and taking samples of the changing environment. It was with no surprise
that he found himself near the banks of the river that flowed adjacent to
Talrendis Point taking samples of the water.
Journal Entry
I awoke with a thumping cranium ache, it looked like i was being held within a chamber
of sorts. Upon closer inspection of the room it was evident that this was a Kaldorei
dungeon, must of been some sort of ambush at the river side.

It is when these situations arise that one finds out what is useful and what is not.
Upon activating my Lownoise Oscillating Signal Tactic I'd knew it
would be only a matter of minutes before aid arrived. 3 days later it did!.

The Gob Squad, 5 Goblins with an affliction of awesome. Volt, trap specialist.
Newt, the only female whom can drive any machine. Grit, loves to BBQ!.
Ticker, the demo expert and lastly is Patch, their leader and engineer.
Shortly after the rescue back at their camp I felt that i owed them a debt.
So after a BBQ I proceeded to re-pay the debt with aiding them in removing
a troublesome Naga overlord.

After several days of wet-work and BBQ's i felt that my debt was paid, it was during
these days that I had heard rumours of a map or plan of a passage that lead from
Mountainfoot Strip Mine to the an alleged catacomb situated beneath Orgrimmar. It
was Slinky Sharpshiv, a female assassin of great goblin lethality that found me with
an answer, she said that she knew of such a map and that it was being held by a
Human known as Captain Grunwald. We hatched a plan to recover the plan from the
Captain but he was situated atop a great Kaldorei built tower surrounded by guards.
So we proceeded to grapple to the top, remove the Captain and other dignitaries
that we came across, then blew the tower once we've made our escape.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Once safely on the ground Slinky gave me a Awkward hug and said farewell, It was only
when I returned to the Lumber camp that i found out that she stole my favourite pocket
penknife but I didn't care, Cos I rarley used it anyways. Besides I still had hold of the map.

Re: Defiler War Journal
Worgen fur is surprisingly hard to harvest. You see, the problem is that most worgen return to human form after they've been slain, so you have to remove the pelt while they're still alive.
While it may seem inhumane and sadistic at first glance, worgen fur is considered top shelf material for many different sort of loin cloths and other sorts of underwear within the Horde.

I'm not so sure on the turning back to human after being slain, but i'm sure it's darn hard to get without a fight!

Re: Defiler War Journal
Kargathia Keep
Early evening talks with the Northern Rebellion still forge ahead, with many more soldiers
arriving each day to join the cause the increased activity within the forests bring daily
news of Kor'kron extremists attacks.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Journal Entry
It was a misty evening when a Courier Raven brought word from the western outpost
of repeated attacks from Kaldorei Archers. I was deployed at once and what I found
disturbed me. After securing a defensive perimeter we waited for the onslaught, it
was 12 hours later that it came, a hail of arrows peppered our tower.
Moments later we struck, 15 Horde commando's emerging from the undergrowth
warmed my cockles as we laid waste to the Kaldorei Archers.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
We had casualties of our own but their demise was not as swift as the kaldorei, an
arrow tip I pulled from a brave orcs knee had a lacing of a poison I've only seen
once before.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
A closer inspection of the Archers lead me to believe that these particular Kaldorei
were under the influence of the Kor'kron Assasin, Scythe Headlock.
Before Hellscreams Kor'Kron, Headlock was a fine warrior under Saurfangs rule of
the Kor'kron. We worked together on numerous missions including infiltrating Ymirheim
I remember his own brand of toxins and poisons that he used, once administrated
and depending on the amount used it was almost if Headlock could mind control
the afflicted.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
It was on my way through the Northern Barrens that I heard a deep guttural yell
of a Tauren, a really angry Tauren. This one had reason to be angry as he was
trying to slow a startled kodo and not to tip the caravan that they were hauling.
I saw behind them a single mounted orc firing upon them, a Kor'kron Raider!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I sprinted towards the slowing caravan and readied a few throwing knives, aiming
for the wolf's neck they hit true, a crippling poison acted fast as the wolf began to slow.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The Tauren whom obviously was used to this had come prepared, he held a rifle and aimed
towards the orc. It amazes me how such a peaceful race can still remove an orcs head with
little more than a rifle. The boom of the gun made the Kodo's turn sharp and the caravan
along with it's contents turned over.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
It was after the Tauren had gathered his sense that he blamed me for the toppling of the
caravan. After he and the Kodo had calmed he explained that he was heading to Kargathia
Keep with the stolen supplies of Kor'kron stone, oil and lumber. I quizzed him on the where
abouts the Oil Refinery was and once he had shown me on a map I headed that way.
The oil refinery is where he would of used the un-refined oil in the toxin process. It was
here that I found traces of the Assassin. Sharpening stones and strips of leather, coupled
with his favourite tipple, Stranglethorn Rum. But he was long gone now, the fire he used
had a stack of unused firewood that could of only came from the lumber fields at the
edge of Ashenvale. It was when I was planting the explosives that I was discovered.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The Overseer fought well and hard, the armour he had on was blunting his speed
aswell as my blades. He hit hard, very hard..so hard that I just threw a few
Saronite smokebombs on the floor and made my escape.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I headed to a nearby building where it was evident that this was their food storage,
So never being one to pass up an opportunity I began to mix up a powder that when
ingested will make the user vomit and defecate simultaneously. Once sprinkled over the
various food I headed to my viewing spot for the early evenings entertainment.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
The smell of burning oil infused with charred goblin really tickles my fancy.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
In the wake of the explosion and the chaos that I had caused I had almost missed the potent
stench of Headlocks brewing barrels. Utilising my Nomex Odour System Engager
I traced the stench to a lone outpost.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Ascending the outer wall and entering the window affirmed that this was the Assassins lair.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
Appearing from the shadow he had his blades drawn ready, I to readied myself, nodded in
respect at the orc he once was, he snarled and started to attack.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
We exchanged hits, blocked thrusts and parried blows. Both had each others poisons
cursing through our veins, it was all I could do to keep them from effecting me.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
After almost half an hour he succumbed to my own deadly poisons. Wounded, depleted
and with no doubt half the Kor'kron in the vicinity heading my way it was time to leave.
but not before I took a memento to the Orc that fell to my blades, removing the dog tags
that he still had around his neck I swiftly made my exit heading back to Kargathia Keep.
