Tracing Bloodlines - Searching blood relatives (Human/Worgen/Forsaken)

In dark and quiet halls deep beneath the earth, A human finger of dark complexion sink into a bowl of blood red substance to trace another line across her chest, completing yet another complex drawing on her body. The light of the candles placed in orderly manner on specific locations on the magical circle painted on the smooth stone of the chamber floor illuminate the completely naked body of a roughly middle-aged woman with short raven-black hair, light-brown eyes with Fel green centers and a torn right ear whose body is painted in mystical sigils. Recently lit incenses located just outside the edges of the circle fill the air with a deep, hypnotic scent making one to feel dizzy, wanting to close their eyes and sleep. No other sound echo in the chambers than the steady breathing of the woman, the sound of placing the bowl down on the floor and the footsteps of her bare feet as she carefully move to the center of the circle. She pick up a small bundle of herbs, which she put into her mouth, chewing them well before swallowing. Already feeling drowsy she lower herself down to the stone floor, placing her head towards the southern tip of the pentagram, spreading her arms and legs to point towards the four tips she relaxed her body and waited.

Such spellwork would anywhere among the civilized population found disturbing if not illegal, for illegal it was. Blood Magic was frowned among the civilized society, and for a reason. Manipulation and toying with life-force was a branch of Necromancy, not to even mention the similarity Blood Magic had to its demonic counterpart. Regardless, it was a force to be reckoned with and had properties that made it invaluable for Skarain. A moment of hesitation coursed over her mind. 'What if the spell gone wrong? What if it wouldn't work?'. She quickly pushed such thoughts away. She was without a choice. It had been months since her Daughter disappeared without a word. All her attempts to locate her earlier had failed, both mundane by connections in the underworld and magical in form of scrying and divination. This to was a divination spell, although different, utilizing the connection of blood, hopefully tracing her to the one who was of her blood. Skarain hoped it to work. It was her last resort, of the currently available resorts. She would find a way. As much as she wanted to find her Daughter, Skarain feared. The spell was unpredictable, and could reveal many things. She didn't know her family. She had lived alone, just like her daughter, without a mother since she had died and left her by her own in this cruel world. She wanted to know, and in turn didn't want to know. Skarain forced herself again to focus, feeling the spell take effect and her eyelids turning heavier. She inhaled deeply from the smokes and close her eyes.

She 'had' to find her Daughter.

Hello. I am again seeking for possibilities around the roots of Skarain Feirand, my Worgen ex-thief, ex-warlock, present Rogue Arcanist/Bloodmage. The current disappearance of her daughter gives me a reason to perform this spell and possibly gain visions of people she never knew but is related to. As hinted in the story, she never knew her family well. Her mother died when she was eight under tragical circumstances and since then Skarain neither have remember her name or she simply forgot it when the happy life of a young girl turned into a battle of survival on the streets of Gilneas. Some details

Person details: Skarain lived in Gilneas, have dark hair and rather dark skin color. She is 35 years old. Neither Mother's or Father's names or family names are remembered. Timeline: Left without a mother (8), lived on the streets a poor life (8-30), Gave birth to her daughter (14-15), was a skilled thieves when the Worgen and Forsaken started to emerge (27-30), become a Warlock (30-32), Character played and progressed, became what she is today (32-35).

Trace-able Bloodlines: Skarain's Mother is dead. Her father (Also the father of Bradley Wright, 23y, Half-sibling of Skarain) is alive, open for Roleplaying, but with some details, being father of two played characters and is 50-90 years old. Skarain's daughter is 18 and played by a person already.

Skarain is unlikely to have any more siblings. Skarain's mother's bloodline is open. Distant relatives (son of mothers sisters etc, cousins) from both Mother and Father side is open.

-Mother is treated to be a learned, a mystic/exotic figure, possibly a Tanarisian/Gilnean Witch/Mage/other?, wherefrom Skarain's initiate talent to Magic originate.

-Father was a Gilnean, a rather "bad" parent, being often away and when present abusing ones children by beating. Was often pictured drunk.

Loose ends hmm. All this seems interesting to be fair and I'd not mind trying to be part of this somehow. My chars stories aren't really clear at the early ages i'll poke in game and who knows?!

Added Forsaken into the list, if there is any Forsaken roleplayers that wouldn't mind having actual living relatives.

Found one to play a half-sibling. Rest of the bloodlines is still open, if one feel like finding out they have an exiled magus as their blood relative.

Considering Agathea is well over a hunderd years old, it might be possible she and Skarain might be distantly related.
