Freaking, freaking win. Had a blast, been a couple of great years. Let's hope for some more.

Was a fantastic evening, thanks to all who participated. Especially those who supported our crazy flaggelants!

Took me a while to sort these all and then post them glad you all like them.

Quick inquiry because none of us can figure it out ingame:

How bad was the Shady Lady burnt? All the way, or just some damage? All of us from the Cartel bailed and pillaged Northshire instead of sticking around to see our tavern burn, so none of us know how bad it is, if it was put out or anything.

So what happened exactly?

Ask Arenfel, he probably saved most of it. But it wasa BIG oil-explosion at the door, so I would say the inside is scorched and the facade is blown to hell.

Abbot Waldemar II dies, Gwendelyn takes over the Chapter as his successor but rejoins communion with the Church of Holy-Light, effectively ending the Chapter. Shadowbreakers do not like this and, under the belief that Gwendelyn is not only a traitor and heretic but murderer of Waldemar II, launch mission to kill Gwendelyn and any that try to defend her at council with the order to disembowel themselves if they risk being struck down or arrested. Simultaneously there is a small undead rising in Stormwind that leads the Anethionean peasant rabble to believe the world is ending and they run around try to torch sinful places and people, but they were eventually killed or dispersed. Thats pretty much it, was a fun event.

Me, Arenfel and a few others were pouring magic up to try to put out the fire. Think the front got blown up and there ius smoke damage, but its not burnt down.

A lot of fun but it is a shame to see like 10 rpers leave at once, a heavy blow to the server. Here's hoping AD supports the guild!

It was one of the best RP evenings I've had in a while. Sudden, loud, violent and involving everybody in the city. Exactly like the Old Chapter event-requirements (if it wasn't unexpected, loud, full of conflict and open for others to join...we didn't do it). Now poor old Chapter will go down in history as murderers and cultists. Little children will be frightened with it. "Eat your porridge, or Shadowbreakers will come and chop you for cabbage!"

All that Chapter accomplished yesterday will be to have gotten themselves killed, made Gwendelyn a martyr (Maelmoor is talking about making Feb 5th "Ashborough Day"), and gotten the Anethionian religion to be declared heretical by the Church of Light.
