Gilnean Banquet: Thank you!

The event went really well. We had around 25-30 people turn up, including 5 people from AD. I had a lot of fun myself, did a lot of good RP with some great characters, and the only disappointment was that I didn't get the chance to RP with everyone. From what I've heard, people seemed to enjoy it, but there's a few suggestions I've received. I'll definitely be planning something similar in the future, so if you've got any feedback, ideas to improve, etc, PM me here or whisper me in game and it'll be taken into account for next time.

On the Monday of Pilgrim's Bounty week, at 9 o'clock in the evening, the people of Gilneas and of the Greyford Company will be holding a grand banquet to honour and thank the Alliance that took us in, saved our lives and gave us a purpose. We invite all citizens of the Alliance, from the rich to the poor, the nobles to the servants to the soldiers, to come and participate in a glorious feast; to sample our finest delicacies; to learn of our culture; and to be repaid for their service to the kingdom of Gilneas.

Not only will this banquet be our thanks to you, but also a chance to meet those of the nations we consider friends, to introduce ourselves and integrate ourselves even more into the grand Alliance.

All may feel free to attend, to socialise and to feast!

Gilneas' second major event, and this one should be appealing to a lot more people. The nation of Gilneas is holding a banquet outside the gates of Ironforge at 21:00 server time, on Monday 19th November. That's during the Pilgrim's Bounty week, which will hopefully add to the Gilnean atmosphere.

Absolutely everyone is welcome, and invitations have been sent out to a lot of the major Alliance factions. As a whole, the event is a large social gathering for meeting the Gilnean community IC and OOC, sampling Gilnean culture and just having fun! It also provides the opportunity for forming diplomatic relations.

If you'd like more information, go ahead and whisper or PM myself or Decurius. I'd also recommend joining the Gilneas channel to get to know the community and to know about the latest events.
