Stalker/Griefer/Harasser trying to join RP guilds

If someone called Nullena tries to apply to your guild, the Sin Belore would like to inform you that this person is the notorious Volusia/Lasca/Cinch who has been griefing and harassing roleplayers for the past year on both Horde and Alliance side.
The guy is perfectly capable of roleplaying nicely, as we witnessed ourselves when we invited him into our guild without knowing who he really was, but it appears his old habits eventually took over and he ended up stalking/harassing our member(s).

We've had a few guilds contact us about this person already, so we thought it would be best to make this knowledge public instead of everyone having to dig up his background themselves :3
If you let him in your guild, everything might be just fine for a while, until he gets upset by something or just gets bored of playing nice and starts sitting on top of people, following them when they've put him on ignore, digging up people's RL phone numbers etc...

He has been reported to the Game Masters a few times now, but last time it took months before they locked his account.

I actually contacted one of you today. He's been lingering in the Darkspear chat channel lately. After some rather amusing conversation, we all pretty much agreed that that channel is lost to us for now, but we're not worried about it. He was banned from it.

I received several whispers afterwards of a threatening nature and reported accordingly. Silly git.

Him whining about being accused of being a "psycho creep" is both hypocritical and ironic. Hypocritical because he called me a "Sociopathic homosexual who got sexually abused by my disabled father" when I wouldn't Gkick a guild member who "forgot" to /thank him when he "helped kill an elite mob" that was tagged by said guild member. Ironic because him calling me that on that basis actually makes him a "psycho creep". I'm fairly sure he got banned for calling me that back then though.

That Volusia guy is the source of endless hilarity. He had like 7 different level 1 chars that he tried to control GnomeRP on.

put a password on the channel if you don't want uninvited people popping in.

No use, as soon as the channel is empty it's removed and reset, only the name is kept. The first member of the channel to log in again automatically recreates it with the old name but blank settings. That's how I've experienced it working, atleast.

That's how it works, yes. That's how he took over the Gilneas chat channel once, putting on a password so no one could get in, because he felt insulted. Well, you all know how it goes.

Yes, that seems to be how it works. The ban is temporary but we've accepted the fact we'll need to make a new one. It's not a big deal.

And yes, I've ignored each time he whispered again. He even threatened to report me to my GL for my rude behavior. I promptly told him not to bother, that I'd already sent screenshots of our entire conversation to my GL. Silly fellow.

Guys, if I may speak a seriously about this person for a moment, I urge you not to poke the bear, report it, use -all- its names and bring it to the attention of blizzard.

It took a lot to get it banned, and it was -not- a pleasant time in my WoW life while it stalked the halls of DB. So much so I pretty much threatened a GM that either they dealt with it, or i'd file a complaint with the police.. Long story short, they acted. And this cretin has been gone for some time. Evidently however, it's not hard to get back into the game.

Don't feed the troll.

He's presently in Crimson tide, and as far as i know that has -some- RP'ers in it. though i'm a tad vague on the overall guilds stance on these things. If anyone knows any of them, may be worth throwing them a friendly warning.

I actually did try to contact an officer from Crimson Tide. However, whenever I tried whispering a member, Volusia would say something in our channel that implied he knew I was trying to do that. Like I'd whisper a question to someone in the guild and Volusia would answer that question for me. I have no idea how that's possible, but no...don't expect help from Crimson Tide, sadly. I tried that route.

It is all my fault. I gave him the wrong idea. The idea I was interested. I said what I said as a joke. It didn't sound like a joke. He took it seriously. I wanted to back out of it, then the misunderstandings started. It escalated unnecessarily. I failed to mention that it was me who gave him the wrong idea. Leave him alone.
