I'm coming to the point where I'd love to see the United Kingdom leave the European Union. Their persistant vetoes, blocks and reluctance to cooperate on important matters is really starting to annoy me.
I adore the United Kingdom, but with the 'Europhobic' mindset of its people and politicians, I'm starting to lose interest in the nation all together.
Participate, or stay out of European affairs.

Don't see our Empire anymore? Check out countries like India, Pakistan etc which - without the British - would be 3rd world still. The fact that the economy has evolved so far is highly down to the work of our Empire. Though it had its dark undertones, it revolutionised the world and many countries have prospered because of it.

. The British Empire was the biggest Empire to ever exist, it conquered half the world and then were first to truly industrialise many parts of the world. You guys are only famous for being able to smoke marijuana openly. Wink

EDIT: And the French were slower to the change than Britain by quite a mile. The Napoleonic wars slowed them down by a moderate degree.
