The closing ceremony of the debating competition in Edinburgh, I won 'Most Distinguished delegate there and as such was given a certificate that gladly enough can be used on my CV as well. Turkish airlines sponsored it.

I was on the Historical Crisis Committee which was dealing with the Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan of 1979. I was also a non-aligned and neutral nation, Sweden

MUN is awesome, especially the international trips. Our Uni took best delegation this time around as well with 9 prizes in total for our group alone.

There's huge competition for these things in the UK, and it works well because cities like Oxford, London, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Warwick, are all easy to reach by rail so much cheaper.
