It just question of is anyone usesing it as thinking of using it myself with few other rping the inn it self with bartenders and so on

I think Strike and some (other) Vengeful people man the bar on occasion.

Strike/Vilmer has been running this bar for a good few years now, so I'd suggest taking it up with him if you can either work there, or share it with him. Perhaps as a co-owner or something?
