[IC] (By express courrier) Letter to Lord Braiden Mistmantle

To his Lordship Count Braiden Mistmantle,

My Lord, I request an urgent audience as Chaplain of Faith and Morale of the Disciples of Light. This would be directed his Lord as both Head Magistrate and Minister of Justice, and concerns the law regarding the illegal use of magic.

Illegal magic has been used on an unwilling prisoner, performed by Lady Drustai. She is, perhaps, no stranger to his Lordship, for she has been convicted for the use of illegal magic by his Lordship. She is placed under care of the Kirin Tor.

With your kind permission, I would like to present you with the facts as they are given to me and with proof, delivered by the Lady Drustai herself, of the Kirin Tor being directly involved in the use of this magic within the city's walls.

There are doubts on the legality of the use of this magic, and therefor we would like to gain your counsel. The Disciples of Light have objected both formally and in action, but were dismissed and held back under claims that the action was legal. Because of this, our Order has not taken further action, other than gather facts. As such, we would gladly win your counsel, my Lord, to decide a just course of action.
