Had a brief play as a Barbarian, quite fun. Then made a Witch Doctor for my Hardcore playthrough with Humphry. SO MUCH FUN. JARS OF SPIDERS EVERWHERE.

Although Zombie Dogs keep aggroing mobs and almost killing us. Essentially this

...but angry zombies rather than deer.

It's VERY difficult for me to play, even on normal. What with my laptop hating me and having around 5fps most of the time. Very Happy

Playing as a Witch-doctor too. Enjoying it. Mixing Solo&playing with friends. Solo to advance, and multiplayer to pick up quests/lore I've missed.

Been playing a bit too much solo since my friend is too slow with his leveling. <.<

Same here. The resolution I'm rocking is so poor, it starts to hurt my eyes after more then two hours...

Having 60fps on ultra with 8x multisampling while doing DS 25HC is nice. Very Happy

Partly this. I had slightly higher expectations about the graphics as well, but again the style and theme is well made, permitting it to last a long time without getting bored of it.

I wouldn't say it's old school at all really. Frankly, a lot of the models and textures far exceed WoW. Not that it comes as much of a shock.

They could have enhanced it immensely, but that would have taken away from the style that Diablo has always offered. They didn't want to change that, and on top of that, the nerdrage they would have received for it would have been ridiculously high.

I like the style, and I have zero complaints about it graphically. Hell, they show you exactly what they're capable of with the cut scenes, which are incredibly well detailed.

The cutscenes are immense. I would love a World of Diablo MMO. The lore to me is on par, if not better, than WoW. I love how dark and unforgiving it is.

On a side note, does anyone know if rushing is possible in Diablo III? I'd really rather not have to level through all four difficulties in the same process more than once.

Is there an EU version of this? Started DLing from the EU site but the file name has US in it and the links in the launcher go to the US site.
