This thread will now be locked. The vouching shall be done in the applications in the Public Section. Do note that the vouching isn't for whether or not that person is a good RPer, but if you know for sure that it is the correct person whom has signed in that name.

If an application lack vouches of this manner, the applicant will need to wait until a moderator contacts him or her in game to confirm.
