Hmm, if you're doing the undead thing, then perhaps go all the way with white hair/pale white skin? Looks kinda off with the healthy purple skin yet sunken features.

All concious decitions to best depict the character in this style. I made a "healthy" one but thought it just wasn't quite over the top enough. In this version, everyone wins.

Unliving one is definitely looking awesome now, and I love the living one. Only other comment I'd have is that the hair on the living one is a bit too blue, but it's not something I care too much about.

EDIT: I've been seeing this image series as part of a bigger whole now, I've been thinking... In oversimplified story arcs, would Drustai be a Villain or a Good Gal?

Ofcourse the big villain is the seldom-seen Wizard, Theodore Wellsworth... I will have to take great care in portraying him.
A minor villain would be Azurtan, who I think only Thelos will remember.

"Skaroo" is on my list. Though she's going to require some more sketching and research. Making a demon or a weird elf look special is easy, making a human that behaves relatively ordinary look special is a looooot harder

Most likely good, as a Snapey kind of anti-hero. If that's still too dark, then villain could work.
