Christmas is such a weird holiday though ... we celebrate it with our housekeeper who's Christian ... I dont get it. What does a fat man climbing down your chimney have to do with Jesus being born or is that just the American christmas?

It's funny in Sweden. You look at an apartment, do the windows. Pretty much every have christmas candle lights. But if there's one without.

You know a muslim family lives there.

I think it's an American invention based on Saint Nicholas (or however you want to spell it) that dude from Turkey.

In Sweden we used to have an angry male goat that came and beat bad kids up... It slowly got turend around into one that brought presents when beating kids became bad!

Also, Trave, it might just be my window since I don't do christmas decorations! Just the food and the family!

Christmas is less and less a religion based thing and more a country related tradition yes.

It's still common to see what I described, and it's funny.
And I don't say some don't celebrate it.

I'm not spending time with my faggy family this christmas. \o/ I'll be having a good time elsewhere! 'Cause my family are all dicks. Last Christmas was spent sitting in the car, watching the local Indian restaraunt burn down, because my step-dad misplaced a trifle. \o/
