Things usually die down a bit when an Expansions hits the later parts of it's lifecycles. I think that's something to keep in mind as well.

Maybe a break is in order for you too?

Hrrrmmm, I dunno, I feel like I've been on a break for the past few months now due to my off and on I seem to have with Defias.

Also, Gnash; it's a top raiding guild and that's what happens when you're in a top raiding guild.

Obviously, you need more cowbell.

Note to self: don´t even think about joining a top raiding guild.

Ah, the tired-of-WoW-Syndrome? Let's put it like this, even the most delicious cake can make you sick if you eat too much of it.

Got it a few times to, then I decided to do somthing with WoW but not play it...and thus the Iron Guardian was born, and the Dorik's Misadventures.

That or try to develop some new/other aspects of your character you don't usually show or RP. Like when Dorik ran that market stall, trying to pass off junk as priceless antiques...

..Junk?! But you said this was the rusty kettle of King Magni himself!


And similar to what Dorik says when I get bored I like to create alter ego's of my characters to RP with, even playing as an Dwarf can get boring too believe it or not, but usually ends up with me spending all my little gold I have on usuless RP gear at the AH ^^

Solution: Run out of gametime, and give the game a rest, play other games or do other stuff - Such as sports or just something other than play WoW

The problem with running out of gametime is the raiding, generally. I'd feel too guilty to give that up.

I guess it's that guilt that keeps me going, the raiding part of it. I guess there's always the way to fake a computer death or something and say I'm on another computer...

Bah! I got to find something enjoyable in WoW again! I don't think I can ditch a bunch of pals because of some stupid unable-to-play problem.

I'm sure your pals will understand that you need a change or a break. And if they don't, well...you might have to find new pals.

Don't fear to change your character slightly, as the most important aspect is that you enjoy yourself. :]

I've done that a few times but I didn't get anywhere fast which was annoying. People are too used to seeing what they want above your head.

Maybe raiding on my DB characters might help...although, it's annoying when everyone asks for achievements and accuse you of being boosted because your gear is outdated. Bah.
