Yes, or well, rather even if Nelfs would go apeshit again.. They would still have to defend the tree to savour their immortality. Nozdormu is a dick for not trusting us.

He corrupted Teldrassil, I don't think he wanted to kill it, it was something about being convinced that his son wasn't dead by an Old God... but right now he's helping Ragnaros, who's trying to burn down all of Hyjal and stuff.
