Software troubles! Empty Software troubles!

So I've recently bought Shogun 2 on Steam.

But I've encountered a problem when trying to install the game.

Apparently I have some trouble with my windows Installer, it says that it cannot obtain access to "Windows Installer"!!

Please heeelp!

(Am using windows XP)

Fixed by locating the corrupted file and then replacing it Razz
