Even the cord she used to hang herself with is so theatrical... and fake.
I have no clue on the title however.

Would seem like an awfully complex and well prepared knot to kill someone with. The blood reveals the attacker wouldn't be afraid of a struggle and fight. So why bother with such a carefully tied knot?
Secondly, her open eyes.. As odd an unrealistic as they may seem... hint that the woman indeed choked to death by strangulation from the hanging. It means she was conscious... Again the blood hints at a fight. I just try to imagine how a cord ends up there after all the preparation it would take. I mean.. You're fighting with this woman and then say.. "One second darling.."
*puts the table in place*
*holds out a hand and kindly aids the woman on the table, being quite the gentlemen*
*fastens the cord somewhere high up, cause every damn house has nothing but hooks on the ceiling in case of a possible hanging*
"Alright, continue!"
*holds woman in a headlock, moves the cord around her, jumps off the table and kicks the table away*

Of course... Such level of detail and logic might exceed the standards of the time wherein the movie was made.

I'm guessing they did the old montage trick. There was a fight, then the scene is put on hold, the movie follows someone else into the room where they find the woman hanged and there is a loud -DJING- on the soundtrack, while the camera zooms in, to emphasize this supposedly horror image.
