Now as the Shattering happend on the live servers, what do you think?

Which zones do you love the changes in?
Which zones or places will you miss?

I must say Blizzard done a superb job, just Stormwind is so much nicer!

Andorhal and the entire Lordaeron is awesome, I love Andorhal new quests. I will miss old Thousand Needles- nice quests, lovely zone. Though I do like the new Thousand Needles, too.

Love? Western Plaguelands (which were kind of boring, a prelude to the Eastern Plaguelands previously).
Miss? Hillsbrad. It should really turn into a Horde zone rather than contested now.

I agree on the Stormwind revamp - it feels a lot roomier.

RPing the Forsaken quest line with Nass in Gilneas on our hunters was absolutely awesome, especially when more people joined in!

I don't miss a single thing, out with the old, in with the better quest flow, and revamps everywhere, Doing loremaster while I wait for Cataclysm. Anyone that's bored check out the Westfall and Redridge quest lines. They rule. Duskwood and STV aren't as good but still ok. 10/10 to blizz, they've really out did themselves this time.

I love it, especially the quests that differ from the grind-fest, they are actually fun to do, nomatter what level quests i've tried (so far), and they sometimes give awesome RP items as reward, like a cloth one-shoulderpad!

I want to roll a goblin, right now. I'm ready for all quests involving unmitigated badassery.

The speedbarge in the thousand needles, and just the thousands needles in general right now.
You can start a proper bar brawl, drive around in a boat and prance around under water in the most hilarious way possible!
You also get to make sillithid flavored ice cream!

Um, yeah, pretty much. I haven't seen everything yet, but may I just say that Gilneas is one of the most haunting and atmospheric things I've ever seen in WoW. Just... the whole ruined Gothic thing... it gave me shivers.

Besides that... the southern coast of the Blasted Lands is so cool and so f'ed up, and the goblin with the sunflower farm in Hillsbrad really scares me. Go go new world!

I did Teldrassil all the way till the Stonetalon openers (before I slumped over and needed rest). People can cry all they want about the lorefucks we've received, but I'm still god damn proud to be a nelf.

So... question I have.

When do we acknowledge certain phases in RP? For example, with Andorhal, should we be as a community be RPing that it is still contested for a month or two, or is it assumed that the Forsaken have taken it over by now?

I think perhaps it would have been best to say that it was contested for a couple of months before now. And simply have it as Forsaken controlled from the present day. I've been doing similar with the changes to Stormwind, all those work's in progress are finished etc.

In terms of the patch though, I'm really impressed. Stormwind looks great, the bay is covered in sea weed, Gilneas is awesome etc. Really loving the music as well, definitely gives me a reason to keep my sound on for now.

Not sure if this interests anyone or if it's already know, but I found an "item" of sorts that might be of interest to Forsaken rpers.

It's obtained from a quest in the Thousand Needles. Just go through the quest chain normally and you'll get it. The item itself is rather strange in that you don't equip it, it just shows up on your character if you happen to be carrying it. A nice little thing for people like me who couldn't get the gasmask, and it can also be used with other hats too!
