[H-RP] The Eve of the Hallowed
IC:
*Following leaflet is spread around Tirisfal Glades. There are also handful of Forsaken outcriers handling them out in each of the Horde Capitals. The outcriers have leaflets both in original Gutterspeak and ones with an Orcish translation.*
Brethren and the fellow Horde!
The Hallow's End is upon us. It is a hallowed time, when the Forsaken celebrate their freedom from the Scourge. This year we have twice the reason, for the Traitor King is dead. To reach this we've struggled much. Struggled together.
The Cult of Shadow shall hold a masquerade at the Wickerman on the last night of Hallow's End. Because of our great triumph, all of the Horde is welcomed to join our merrying.
We shall begin the feast at eight as the Wickerman is set on fire.
We wish to assure all the doubters: The Horde is one - and we're part of it.
As such it'll be appropriate to arrive masked. There is no -I- in Horde.
Shadow's Tidings until we meet!

Hello ladies and gentlemen!
Hallow's End has been going for some time and, as you all know, it is a Forsaken's favourite time of the year!
Because of this the Cult of Shadow is holding a celebration on Sunday the 31st, last day of the Hallow's End. The feast begins at about 20.00 at the Wickerman just beside Undercity. It's good to be early, because we'll be setting the Wickerman on fire at the opening and it is something you don't want to miss!
There will be theatre, drinking and much more provided by our undead hosts. And the best thing is that ALL of the Horde is invited!
We'll send both IC and OOC personal invitations for some Horde aligned guilds, but it doesn't mean the invitation isn't open for the rest of you! Whether your character is pro-Horde or not, they're welcome as long as they're somewhat friendly/tolerant with the Cult and/or the Forsaken. (Others can try too, but they will be handled by the guardsmen!)
The word of the day is masquerade, so it's hoped that you will arrive masked (It can be a flimsy mask from trick or treating, or something creative!)
So, in a nutshell:
What? A Hallow's End party, hosted by the Cult of Shadow
Where? At the Wickerman statue, near the road to Silverpine.
When? Sunday 31st of Oktober, the wickerman is set on fire at 20.00 servertime.
Who? If you're Horde and somewhat friendly with the Forsaken/Cult, you're welcomed!
Ask here or in game from any of our officers, if you have any further questions.
I hope to see you there!
~Thenky and the Cult
Edit: Just noticed that there's a similar party brewing on the Alliance side by the TSS. Similarities are surprising, but well, it's Hallow's End. We cannot let the Alliance have all the fun, can we?

Re: [H-RP] The Eve of the Hallowed
Ah, because of the booming interest in this event, here's a shameless BUMP!
The event's tonight at 20.00, at the Wickerman statue right beside Undercity. It's good to be early, if you want to see Sylvanas and lots of fire.
During the event the Cult shall show you a play about the origins of our race. There shall also be the announcements of the honorary Forsaken and rewarding of the best costume.
Even if you don't usually go the gray way, there's still a place for you. If you happen to have undead alt or any other Horde character, you're guaranteed bounds of fun times. The event is held in Orcish, if anyone didn't grasp it yet.

The event went well in my opinion. There were things we could've polished, but they're inevitable.
Of course, the last say is our guests'. Thanks for all who came by!

Thank you for the great entertainment. The play was good and Sylvanas herself ever so magnificent.
