Beard. Separates the men from the boys™
Edit: Yes, definitely picture of the year 2011.

There's something ageless about that picture.. Maybe it's the colouring. It could fit right in a fashion magazine o_o ( Or one of those old Ralph Lauren posters )Corleth/Greagoir wrote:

Heh, I thought the same Mandui. That specific photo no less.
And, yes Shae/Nith there is something timeless. The actual photo itself for one - looks like it was on an old Lomo, the style of clothing, hell even the beard. It's a great shot - I never said I was jealous of the beard (you should see mine IT'S EPIC ON A BRIAN BLESSED SCALE! Honest), it's the photo I love.
There's a picture of my dad in the Moors somewhere in Scotland taken in the early 80s/late 70s, old Kodak, slightly bleached film, Corleth's picture is a bit like that.
Anyway, enough from me of my gushing and enthusiasm...
Is there really such a thing?

Pah! Beards are part of the hipster image. Real men can grow beards but are clean shaven at -all- times!*

That's all about taste, dear. Some, if not most, women (atleast above the age of 20) tend to like a man with a good-looking beard. Of course it needs to be trimmed and kept clean and such, but there's something a lot more manly about a man with a beard. I for one, don't think I could get used to being with a man with no beard. He'd just look too.. "naked"..

Naked = Good. My ex once decided he wouldn't shave, and I wanted to hit him. HE ACTUALLY HURT MY FACE WITH STUBBLE.

(I see some text in italics on some forums/threads. And not everyone's. I wondered if it was due to quoting, or posts made that day (once the clock ticks onto tomorrow, maybe these become normal text?). But haven't bothered checking...
In fact, quick check shows that the post I posted at 10.00 today was in normal text, these show as italic. But I know I haven't used the italic font...)
