Pills are just something which contains dust. You open the casing and sniff or swallow the dust. My ones anyway

I would just like to congratulate Feydor, and the Cartel for the drug, 'Blue Heaven'. I was offered some on my Dwarf tonight, took it and was amazed by the visual effect it gave me, not only the RP implications and immersion.
Thumbs up, I urge everyone to try this drug, if not for the actual IC consequence, just for the effect...Blew my mind.
And I'll say this for the 500th time.
Only in Stormwind will a Gnome get mugged by a 300 year old Dwarf with a hefty stave and a drug habit.
