Midsummer Fire Festival - Gathering in and defending of Auberdine.

Looking around at the gathered Kaldorei from both Nature's Grasp and the Winterblades, Lynnayla could only hope they would take her words seriously and would head out to Auberdine as soon as possible.
It was a day before the official date of the longest day of the year, officially known by the lesser races as the Midsummer Fire festival. Bonfires would be lit all over Azeroth to celebrate the turning of the days.

Lynnayla looked at the bag of scrolls her Shan'do Lianna brought along. All acceptations of invitations send to the major Alliance guilds. Hopefully Auberdine would be well defended -and- a place of celebration these two weeks....

The current plan for midsummer is possibly a bit ambitious, but if it works, it will pay off quite well.

As you may know, one of the achievements for Midsummer is putting out the flames of main horde/alliance cities. Last year we have defended Rutharan village every once in a while, and other RP guilds did the same for their respective flames. This year however, the plan is to have a bunch of RP guilds defending a certain spot: The port town of Auberdine.

As you may know, Auberdine is the main key to go into Teldrassil, Myst islands and Stormwind almost undetected. So, the plan is to turn Auberdine into a bustling RP hub for the midsummer. We will turn it into a random RP hub, and hopefully manage to keep it active over the midsummer. If we get to defend the town against some horde invaders, all the better.

We want to encourage every guild and person to try and be creative with organising events in and around Auberdine. All in the spirit of Midsummer of course!
