Have no idea if mute mages are possible, but it was a joke since I can't use both say or emote chat. And yup that was me. Oh and btw to add. This does look like a nice idea, the common citizens uniting to take the law in their hands is always fun, as fun as burning Heretics I'd say (Well not that much!)

So yeah, ah. I hope you manage!
