Rumors go about... A mighty skirmish has been fought. Resulting in the death of Styrbjorn "Silverback" Thorulfsson - But who are the people behind it? Some say an ancient organization has begun to stir inside the Walls of Stormwind, since the passing of the Company. They crave for one thing, and one thing only. Power. Rumors go they've been sighted often around the Golden Keg inn, in the Dwarven District.

For too long, we've hid in the shadows - Passively watching as others failed, where we wished to succeed. For too long, have we been unknown. For too long, have we held back. No more.

Fierce and hungry, our Family has begun to awaken in the criminal underworld of Stormwind. Having been under cover and hidden during the criminal-reign of the Stormwind Workers Union (The Forlorn Cartel), our hunger for one thing, has all but lessened.

You see, we hunger. Power is all that we crave, and now where Stormwind stands without a major criminal organization, we've decided to rise up to take our rightful place in this city, and we're more than prepared to eliminate anyone who may be standing in our way.
Currently engaged in a lot of illegal activities, but with a legal surface that's rapidly getting to its feet.
We are weapon smiths and merchants, and are especially aiming to aid the Crown by supplying his troops with solid and well crafted weapons. Especially during the harsh times that lay before us, in the land of Draenor.
However, what we primarily focus upon, is growing and expanding. We aim to bend every organization to our will. If they do not comply, we'll simply keep pushing. Eventually, they break.

We live by our own laws and as every family, our code is our own. Every member knows it by heart, and any break on our code is not taken lightly. We're just, and do not punish without reason. But when we punish, we punish severely.

Our legal surface has materialized in Old Town, as a mere weapon shop by the name of Honest Blades. The shop is owned by a new-to-town merchant by the name of Francis Doulen, who seeks wealth and fame - But more than all, wishes to supply his new home with the finest of weapons there has ever been. Specially forged to meet the extreme needs of a soldier - Worn out or not. To aid him, he has employed capable men. Francis is smart, and he has others do all the lifting and moving crates for him.
The illegal underworld to this, is primarily established in the Golden Keg inn. Anything from organizing brawls, to selling lowlife their precious drugs - All controlled and sorted within the walls of the Golden Keg.

Our very own Jobs list helps us organize the world to our liking, and it keeps our members busy at their own leisure. When we aren't ordering them to, of course. Our members may simply go pick up any job an officer has created (which we by the way, have plenty of), at any given time - And complete it as they see fit. Obviously if they're too slow about it, we will come and hurry them up. With or without force.
This also helps them achieve the higher and more desirable ranks within our organization. Once a member has proven themselves either a Shiv or a Muscle, they'll be promoted to said rank. (Refer to the Rank list, further down)

But obviously, solitude is not something we favor, and we try our best to keep bigger jobs focused upon a group of several people, and to keep these jobs planned at certain dates and times. We almost weekly conjure up big heists and other events, to sate the hunger for fighting and stealing, that a good portion of our members tend to posses.

The weapons we sell on our legal surface, are gathered from different parts of Azeroth, to fit the multi-racial demand on the market in and around Stormwind City. This obviously takes trading back and forth, and sometimes even results in our members having to travel the continent, in search for deals or weapon smiths, to help us keep a good stock. We do even smith our very own weapons, specially forged to fit certain traits and specializations.

Boss:
Francis "Grey" Doulen - Doulen
The Boss is our head and master. The person everyone looks up to, and the one EVERYONE respects. Our Boss is our outward and public face, and is hence the head of recruitment and everything else. The Boss' word is law, and I pray mercy onto the poor souls who dare defy his word.

Right Hand:
Balthar "Black Hand" Weirdwood - Natulf
Malcom "Hunter" Dalton - Garalar
The Right Hand(s) are the "physical" officers of the Guild. They're the ones to take care of Slaves, training of new recruits, beatings, and everything in between. You may call them the "Heads of the Muscles" - As they primarily are the ones to hand out Muscle work, and also the ones to do the muscle work themselves.

Left Hand:
Dotheroth "Ursa" Aldavial - Dotheroth
Arys "Spider" Nasher - Phin
The Left Hand(s) are the more intelligent and "thoughtful" officers of the Guild. They're the ones to take care of information, spying, knowledge, and everything in that bracket. They're primarily the "Heads of the Shivs", as they are the ones to send the Shivs out on work for this, and primarily also the ones who the Shivs will be reporting back to. They're excellent spies, and are rather quiet.

Elite:
The Elite are the Elite of the Blinders. The best of the best. They are former Shiv or Muscle, who've proven they're simply too good for ordinary Blinder work. They are masters of their art, and hence are only given the most elite of Blacktalon Jobs. These Elite have their very own job list, and do not need to worry about anything the former three ranks have.
They listen to none but their Officers, and get their very own way of showing their rank. A silver ring embossed with a pitch-black talon.

Shiv:
The Shiv(s) are the stealthy and sneaky Blinders. They do anything from spying, reconnaissance, stealing, and everything around there. They primarily take jobs from the Left Hand(s), and hence don't usually do anything related to muscle work. That obviously doesn't mean they can't handle themselves - They're just... More silent and deadly, than loud and brawling.

Muscle:
The Muscle(s) are obviously the Muscle around here. Their work includes but isn't limited to any physical work, moving crates, beat-ups, fights, guarding, fighting, and so forth. They tend to only take jobs from the Right Hand(s), and don't usually do anything in the form of spying or stealing. (Unless it requires brawling)
They're fierce and frightening, and tend to spend a lot of time in our own brawling arenas.
Too, they help out with our outward shop, the Honest Blade - They're our blacksmiths and laborers on the legal surface.

Vulture:
The Vulture(s) are the newcomers and unproven of the Blinders. They do a bit of everything, and fight to get further up in the rankings. They do so by completing jobs that fit either a Muscle or a Shiv (Refer to the Job List). After a secret amount of points (often varied), they've then proven their worth in either one of the above "classes", and are hence promoted up, to aid us in getting further towards our common goal.

We're not hard to find, yet it takes one special type of person to dare. We're primarily found within the premises of The Golden Keg, solidly located in the Dwarven District of Stormwind City. So you see, we're here to stay. We've waited a long time for this oppurtune moment, and we will grab it without hesitation. Question is, do you stand against us - Or beside us? Prove your worth to our cause, and the Family will provide for you, as you provide for it.
Stand in our way, and I pray your family sleeps behind something stronger than locked doors - Because we'll be after them, and anything else you may hold dear.
Don't take any offense against you personal, as we do not do anything out of personal relations. It's just good business.

Looks pretty darn awesome.
Expect some competition though, there are two other mafia/mafia(ish) guilds going around right now, so there might be some rivalry. Who knows, though.
