Silvermoon Festival 23 -28 april 2014 and Horde gathering Hall of Blood - 27 April 2014

Dear members of the Horde

Ingame invitations to the Horde Gathering itself have gone out via Calendar for 2030 on 27 APR 14. The ones for the Silvermoon Festival itself will follow shortly. But you are all invited - do not hold out for invite - just come.

From Weds 23rd April 2014 - Visitors can start to arrive - those needing facilities or accomodation for their stay should contact the Council with their needs - this is necessary to prevent location conflicts. You havew a world of imagination - any stall holders or sellers or magicians please vote your interest here.

Thursday 24th April      2000 Opening welcome Meranda/Thawon/Tarthek and ALL Council
                                to include  Memorial Silence for the Fallen and Medals (Uriel)
                                Location - inside the Gates of Silvermoon (Order to help here)
                                2030 The Eversong Hunt (Thawon) - Start and Finish at Shepherds Gate
Prize giving followed by Bar games and Minstrels in the Inn


Friday 25th April          2000 Market in Bazaar (Meranda) Tours (Nathairia)
                               2030  The Archery Competition (Dareil) - Farstriders Square Archery Butts.

Saturday 26th April      2000 Market in Bazaar (Meranda)
2030 Fleetfoot Race (Tarthrek) - Start and Finish Bridge at Sunfury Spire - 6 laps of the City.
Refreshments at start finish to entertain Spectators
                               
Sunday 27th April         Event 3 2030 Horde Gathering (various spontaneous after parties and assignations.) Invites gone out. Lots of spontaneous events to keep non-leaders entertained

Monday 28th April        2015 Closing Parade & Sunset Ceremony - The Beach ALL
                               2030 The Silvermoon Beach Tournament
                                        (Uriel and Tarthrek) Details separate.

Tell Uriel that I might show up. I'm sure we can have another 30 min long duel again!

Most probably I wont fight since ill care about sorting the ladder,could be seen a bit unfair,but we can always do it when its over!!!
Also,I sadly miss any chance to find Tarthek when its online,maybe we have different hours,can we setup a day and hour Tarth?

Tournament hosted at 20.30 of the 28th,you ll have to present yourself to me/Tarthek ,I will sort the ladder only after I know whos partecipateing in it,we will try to sort the matches the more fair they can be regarding class balances.

-Level 90s only,thats to avoid duels between lowbies that could end in battles lasting half an hour.

-THeres no draw,its eliminatories,so youre encouraged to concede or roll in private after like 6 mins.

-No pots no flasks nothing that is not usable in arena.

-No Tank/Heal speccs.

-Maximum iliv gear its 550,if youve normal Soo gear its ok,we just dont like hc geared ppl winning against ppl in a global,that is not what this tournament its being held for.


-One round only until final match,that will have the best over 3,if one player Disocnnects like at the start of the duel I can ask for a repeat.

-Sthealthing for more than 25 secs will get a warning by myself.

-Any whine,joke,mocking after duel must be done ICLY,no tard emotes.

-The reward will be symbolic,still I think Dominion will gift some gold for "repairs"...still a surprise for the winner.

Well several opportunities really Magoka

There are the Markets on both Friday and Sunday at 8pm realm in the Bazaar - say near the steps near the market stalls to the left of the Auction pagoda - or on another night maybe near the start finish points for the events - see the event outlines above. Hope this helps.

Meranda

Saturday seems to be listed as a Market day. I thought the quote meant you had to go ahead and get permission for a stall holding, my bad.

Im pretty sure you can class that as the go ahead. A brief chat to explain will be given tonight at the opening ceremony tonight, that I will likey be half a hour late for But I'll be on not long after it starts.

Loving the activity in the city also, great to see lots of new and familiar faces taking in the delights of silvermoon properly.

Friday night, a rare occurance took place in Silvermoon. A drunk Rarg was spotted telling war stories in a bar and singing while fooling around atop a bar desk! Tune in tomorrow for a terrible hang-over Rarg.

Do not worry - it was all done in the best possible taste - and we had new people to RP in the bar. A very good night - thankyou to all

Tomorrow - market 8pm - its for you to trade - come bring your wares - theres only so many staves this elf can sell - so to make it work you need to bring your stalls to the bazaar Then we have the Fleetfoot race run by Master Tarthek. and then high jinks singing and storytelling in the bars.
