Southern Barrens

Somewhat of a lore thing. Now Southern barrens has some Alliance bases, mostly in the novels and (Somewhat quests) most were destoyed. Like Forward Command, Northwatch Hold and http://www.wowpedia.org/Fort_Triumph. And of course Theramore too, even though it's not in Barrens.  

I am thinking of using them sorta in near future events but unsure what to make of them. Considering alliance is back on the war path i asume they would try to retake these places back (Which sort of helps with my event ideas). But any other info or sugestions with these areas that anyone might have that i should know about?

These bases are already on the war plan to be retaken. You'll be wanting to coordinate with Inran or myself, as these bases are the Alliance's primary targets in Kalimdor and RP is already building towards them.

Well darn just perfect then. I won't renew my sub till sunday and i know the Regiment is being ordered into the area too. Not sure if i have your skype, but i know i got inrans.

Yeah. Regiment is heading there. Initial plans were for them to hit northern stuff in line with the 5.4 stuff, but I think the old Alliance bases in southern Barrens makes for a better goal since it's territory we can actually gain and make use of. Just need to have an IC chat with Bismack about it, been meaning to but this week's been hectic for me.

Three Hammers are likewise going to be showing up, I think. Assuming the usual political rifts don't put a stop to that.

Good. My next week is generally free i think so will try and poke about while thinking of it myself and trying to have even more tag along.

No problem i wasn't caring that much on it. Also fixed for your sake.

Section seven have deployed their spec ops unit into stonetalon mountains and will be heading into barrens shortly.

Northwatch has been retaken by the end of the same book that destroyed it (Tides of War)

Hrm. Missed this part. Really dislike important lore like this only showing up in the books.

Might just treat it as under a second occupation for the sake of the plot. Or at the very least, under assault and needing relief. Will see.
