[A] The Travelling Thespians

Also I wrote this whilst tired, so ignore any mistakes please. This was ALSO written on my phone. Not an iPhone either. Admire me for that.

Before we start, I'd like to talk a little bit about this guild's backstory. A foreword, if you will.

Back in August last year I had an idea. I was sick of seeing combat rp heavy guilds, and I wished to do something new, and unconventional. I wanted to introduce an aspect of our earth's culture into Defias. Showbiz. Now I have tried a few times to start this guild, but the interest has been so low that I have had to disband. And then I would recreate it because the little bit of RP we had in the guild was of such high quality that I enjoyed it so much I would like to recreate it. So, I thank all the people that believed in The Travelling Thespians for making me try again and again. Yes, we have you to blame for this trainwreck

Without further ado, I give you: The Travelling Thespians v.5'000'001. Hope you enjoy!

Who we are: At its heart, Travelling Thespians. We are based around performing to the masses, so our RP will be largely event-centric. The main thing to note here is that WE ARE NOT SOLELY BASED AROUND PERFORMING PLAYS. Music, Dancing and such will be common, although you will see some plays, which will incorporate the audience.

Who Can Join?: All races, All classes. What matters is your IC profession. We are looking for scriptors, musicians, dancers, actors, bards, whatever! You name it: We want it. We also want bodyguards, although they are in less demand.

Short Term Plan: Recruitment is key first. I am currently the only member After that will be delegation if roles, to determine the people in power, and small inner guild events, such as rehearsals. There will be small events around Stormwind, such as busking, to ramp up the guilds reputation, and every now and then a big event will show up, featuring many acts (if all goes well).

Long Term Plan: More Frequent events, perhaps weekly(!), with a large event every month or so. These events will perhaps be small contests, just for fun and the winner of each pit up in a finale every month. Also, travel around the globe will be an idea, to live up to our namesake.

Shameless Self Promotion: See, We need alts. You don't have to be commited to this guild, even if you become an officer. We just need fun people who are willing to RP something different than before. We need... well... you.
