[H / Blood Elf] 7th meeting of the 3rd Silvermoon Council. 16 October 2012 at 21:00 GMT

Sin'dorei,

In seven days the 7th meeting of the Silvermoon Council will be held. The location and time stay the same, nine bells in the evening in the Blood Knight Temple, untill further notice. Is the Blood Knight Headquarters bloody haunted?

As some may know, the "Ashen Ascendancy" trial was this evening.
The evidence was not enough for any conviction in regard to the assault charge. The accused were let go, but because of the rumours that there are two warring factions, both called Ashen Ascendancy, it was requested that they give information before leaving.
However, a certain individual disagreed with the verdict and assaulted the acquitted, leading to the death of one of the accused and that a member of the audience was wounded.
This means one charge of murder and two charges of assault.
For those that don't have a fresh memory of the Laws of Silvermoon, that is equal to: 30 lashes, imprisonment untill a trial, an additional two to three days of imprisonment and whatever the trial decides.

However, while the attacker is (assumed to be) Sin'dorei, she is part of an organisation not based in Silvermoon.
There is no definitive decision in regards to the extradition of prisoners, this event adds another level of complexity.

While the attacker maybe or may not have been handed back if the murder and assaults had happened before or after the trial. It's quite different if individuals (or organisations) feel that they have the freedom to operate outside the laws, without fear of reprecussions.

Minutes of the last meeting:
- The council will not be taking an active supervising role in regards to the organisations in Silvermoon, but will mediate when requested. In that regard nothing changes.

And we really need to do something about the Blood Knight Hall, two people died there in the last 8 days, both on a tuesday.... did anyone pay attention to when exactly Aldaras and Datharia died.))

I now exactly where both died.

I think it's also pretty well known that it was Scuzy that set Datharia on fire. She was meant to go into prison, but the Blood Knight Guard let themselves be persuaded by an overwhelming amount of marauders and let them leave with Scuzy.

After that summary I'm a bit confused about what you'll actually be talking about during the meeting.

In essence what happened is a big FUCK YOU to Silvermoon from someone that should be a somewhat ally. And not putting it in the meeting agenda would be weak.
